I absolutely love that you shared this! So good to know what you were allowed to keep and about the dental pick! I've been scouting about this; some people say not to bring anything, but for those of us (like myself) who like to feel more in control of our situations really appreciate this! I’m going to Fort Leonard wood in January you really helped me out big time

Thos helped me alot especially as a female planning on going in the army it helps seeing what to pack i decided aft i get my BA to go in the arm so i have 2 more years but because of you i have a list of stuff i need ready on hand ! Thanks for the great video 😊

Great video! Do you know if we can bring face wash? I have a specific one that I use and I would like to bring it with. Also what about face moisturizer? Also did you bring makeup for after BCT?

Razors aren’t allowed. They consider it contraband. Especially if your going to basic training.

I saw in a video of when they dump all your stuff out that they say if anything is scented except deodorant and showering things you throw it out... Did they allow you to keep your feminine wipes????

If you fly everything has to comply to the TSA rules so keep it small!

Did they take anything away??

Trust me you shouldn't bring anything. The 43rd (reception) makes you buy all the necessities anyway whether you have it already or not. Bring nothing

There are a few Nigerians don’t worry

When they tell you not to bring anything they are talking about men because women we need more stuff then guys. The guys can buy a travel showel kit and bring a couple of underwear and socks that is it. They are given underwear. Girls we can't do that. Please bring things you are given a list for a reason you may not get to go to the PX right away. How are you suppose to brush your teeth and shower if you bring nothing?

All my liquids were in the liquid regulations ! I did not but any full size items they were all travel size

There is no point in bringing much they’ll make you buy shampoo, underwear, bras, etc at the px and most of the stuff she’s bringing won’t be allowed

Wtf is all this? In Fort Benning they had me buy all the required stuff. I would say don’t bring shit if you’re going there. You won’t see your personal bag and what’s in it until the end of the cycle

There's a shortage in supplies at the px so recruiters are telling you to bring more. At least for the army idk the others. Im going to LW soon so I got the packing list lol
