I’m trying to look like a samurai for an air soft game, like I need a black coat, and the samurai torso armour. But I need more ideas

There's mil sim and there's airsoft. save the tacticool for mil sim, dress for comfort and utility for airsoft. Of course the PPE should still apply the same, but dress comfy. If that means sneakers and a hoodie, then that's what you wear. Depending on the terrain, boots may be the smart choice for ankle support and keeping your feet dry, but otherwise if you don't have to worry about terrain, your New Balance sneakers will do just fine. Stay lightweight, breathable, functional, and safe. Save the tacticool for Saving Private Ryan shit.

I cannot recommend knee pads enough. You ever slide into a crouch onto a pile of spent BBs? Not fun. The more comfortable you are, the better you can play. Also, I have full face covering, a hat with a cardboard insert, and gloves. If you're behind cover, the only thing the enemy can shoot at is your head shoulders and hands. I once took a close range hit to my index knuckle and it ruined the experience for the rest of the day as pulling the trigger was extremely uncomfortable.
