Collagen is the biggest scam ever its 2x more expensive than whey protein and after you eat it it converts to the same amino acids but its worse since it lacks some (8/9 essentials) and its not a complete protein(also low on leucine), if you have proper diet and you eat 60g of whey instead of 30g of collagen you gonna see far better results, and for creatine that thing can boost strength alot but also body water retention which can be a water you want to cut down for a competition. When i started taking 6g creatine a day i got 4-6 % more body weight in just 10 days so yeah, but also around 20% of ppl are none responders to creatine so test what works and what not for you.

hmm isn't the point that you take collagen and whey together? Whey for the muscle, collagen for tendons/ligaments. In terms of priority, yeah whey is of course higher up the list.. but collagen won't hurt, especially if the tendons seem to be a weak point. The dual synergy of whey and collagen peptides together is surely better than whey alone right?

@@muakutu8994Collagen is made of non-essential amino acids, meaning your body can make its own. Collagen production is triggered by high stress high volume work on the tendons. As long as you are not starving yourself and training well, consuming collagen results no net benefit. It's literally a waste of money.

One kilo of chicken everyday and after a couple months you will see the results. Also I notice for me my body responds better to chicken than red meats. Idk if there any science behind that or I just imagine it but when I’m eating lots of chicken my strength always seems to go up better than if I was eating a lot of other meats

i read that one ought to be careful with this magnesium, because too much of it can mess with your bones, depending on the type you take (-chloride, -glycinate, -citrate) i heard that citrates are pretty good, and magnesium glycinate aswell. supplementing vitamin d is always good, and getting enough calcium would be wise in general
