Remember those who don't know how to handle respect or success, fall down immediately, "ghamand" pride ki wjh se..stay calm, stay grounded, South Indians in general are quite humble, but you're not one of them, don't misuse the title of humbleness that has been given to you, nothing is greater than God itself. Also the way you are mocking the people of North India as " Streetshitters" then let me tell you some people usually of villages do shit in streets but it's not by their choice , it's the governments who never cared to provide people with atleast basic necessities of daily life. No women wants to go out for these things but their situation forces them to doo. If you're an Indian stop being an ignorant who only know how to mock. We may be from different parts of India having different culture, language, religion but at the end of the day our identity is an Indian .

Now, about the Lahore part..Most of the Khatris are from Potohar plateau which is Chakwal, Rwalpindi and Sargodha..You might have some relations with Lahore but, there are others who do not belong to the majha region of punjab like Lahore or Amritsar..They might be from Potohar and speak potohari dialect..Eg. BEWARE : A long one but worth going through , might change your opinion as well :) Click on 'Read more' and shocked? and skipped reading?, jaane do/ jau de/ baboi/ ada paavi/omg etc?? ok, np, you are missing something :D I am from Andhra Pradesh, I have been living in Pune for work since 2.5 years and being exposed to ppl from almost all states, I think I am eligible enough to comment for this video.(Please don't hate me my fellow Maharashtrians, I'm not considering you as a North Indians because I feel you guys are West Indians) for convenience, I consider, UP, Bihar, Rajasthan , Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir , Chandigarh, New Delhi, Madya Pradesh as the North India. Note: This is based solely on my life experience, and generalizing 'many' not 'every one' (many in my mind = greater than 72.5%). Any offense taken is highly regretted. Pros: North ppl: Daring, Active, Always in festival mood, Optimistic, confident(many times over), fast , adaptive, adjust easily, less complaining(only men ,while girls always complain :P ), good at managing things, can do anything attitude, mischief, healthy way of making fun of others, laughing, joy, happy I just admire my North friends for possessing these qualities and trust me great moments in my life would be incomplete with you guys. South ppl : Genuine, gentle, honest, down to earth, work minded, spiritual( well, I consider this as a pro), cultural conscious, hard working, decent, romantic, studious. Iff I couldn't solve any technical error, I would prefer to go to a Prasad, Rao, Iyyer, Nair Reddy, Lakshmi etc :P where as a managerial problem, my feet automatically directs to a Nigade, Thakur, Singh, Kaur etc :P Cons: North: Very judgemental, arrogant, under estimate others easily, Don't care attitude, Slightly dishonest, wastes time on gossiping, Much Vulgarity in language(I don't know they consider bc and mc kind of words 'cool' but South Indians easily get offended with those and I don't say Southies don't speak gaaliyan, they do ,do a lot, but only when needed or context arrives ;) ) just call everyone who looks dark skinned ' are you a Madarasi? Chennai? Sambar? Tamil?' and to my nerve they add 'hhahahaha' atlast, wtf! South: calm, can't mingle with others easily if we do, we preserve them for longer periods, legacy heroes in films, shy, fairness concern, reluctant to speak Hindi(esp. Tamils and some Telugus, Kannada and Malayali ppl stay balanced in this topic(?) , and there are regions in AP, where you are admired if you could speak Hindi fluently along with Telugu, sort of encouraging, I am telling this because Northies think every one down south hate or reluctant to speak Hindi, which is not true) , always be in comfort zone, reluctant to go out and explore like rides parties etc(which is now changing) Movies& Art: North: BOLLYWOOD - A wide variety of movies, which I always like.. joy, happy movies, action, dance forms what not? equal importance to everything.. but now a days more focused towards a bit vulgarity, and commercial angle. But Marathi movies are a bit dramatic as well as poetic than Hindi movies I observed. Cannot comment on Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Rajastani movies as I have never seen one. I always admire Hindustani classical music and I rarely find it in movies., Also I like the Sufi form much( respect to Rahat Fateh ALi Khan) I don't think the youth in North are inclined towards learning and preserving their art and culture as much as people from South does. I met a Hindustani vocal trainer in a local train and got these inputs from her that, Northies consider this art form, more or less like a time pass hobby or for mere entertainment, she says. where as people from South(esp. from Tamil Nadu ) consider it as a divine thing with much more respect and interest. At some places you might find people queueing for classical music concerts which I don't know would happen in North India. South : A mixed review I have here. Being a Telugu, I like (Love? yes I love) malayalam movies a lot. MOLLYWOOD - They are very realistic with less dramabaazi. (viz, Drishyam, Bangalore Days, Usthaad Hotel, Premam to name a few). Their movies even focus on wide spectrum of social issues, viz, My life Partner(2014) a Gay themed. My next vote goes to Tamil Movies - KOLLYWOOD - where they potray every thing in a natural way, even though many heroines are bound to look fair, Tamil film industry have this boldness to potray heroin without makeup. I also fall for the melody and classical background they have for many romantic scenes, but, I don't like much of drums and herocentric songs! Telugu -TOLLYWOOD, - though the plots are good, they always revolve around love. many movies are herocentric , heroism, violence etc. and sterotypic comedy, based on skintone, fat etc. now things are a bit better. Anything new is odd. you can find this comfort zone issue in Telugu movies. They hardly make anything out of blue print, like social issues, etc BUT, on the flipside, exception is SS Rajamouli garu, who experiments and have this guts to take a movie even on a Fly (Eega). I personally recommend everyone to watch all of his movies and I bet you never or hardly find any similarity between any two of his movies. Also, amazing dance forms by artists in Tolywood. Kannada - SANDALWOOD - Cant comment as I have never seen any Kannada movies. Sorry :( Education : In North, I appreciate the average school and college timings, which are typically 6-7 hrs a day where as in south 9-11 hrs a day. Also, playgrounds are good here (seen only in MH) than South. People in North do a variety of courses like B.A, L.LB, B.COm , PGDM, along with B.E, where as it's very rare to find some one other than B.E, B.Tech BDS or MBBS,MBA,M.Tech down south. This is one thing I always want to say to all North Indian ppl, I always want to peep into a variety of North Indian schools , especially the Indian Geography text books and classes and I'm sure that they have printed their textbooks with Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu masked and combined in single color and renamed it as 'The SOuth' or 'South India' lol... Please guys, come to any part of the south ( strongly AP, I cannot comment on other states as I wouldn't know they would react the same or not), and ask about any state in North India, 80-90% of them would answer correctly about the state and language spoken and precise location, where as many North ppl can't spell the language name correctly ( I have seen many ppl calling 'Kannada' as 'Kannad', 'Telugu' as ' Telgu' ) forget about the state names and the respective languages. Here is the list : 1. Telangana - Telugu, Urdu and Hindi 2. Andhra Pradesh - Telugu 3. Tamil Nadu - Tamil 4. Karnataka - Kannada, Tulu and Marathi in some extreme North part 5. Kerala - Malayalam and we communicate in English Primarily NOT Tamil Point #1 --> Not Every south Indian can speak/understand Tamil Point #2 --> We don't eat sambhar daily even Tamil Nadu people won't do that, we have mixed cuisines in wrt states Point # 3--> Not every one wear Lungi The H issue: yes, Keerthi and Keerti are not same and I gaveup convincing my north buddies on this :P :P Traffic Sense : TBH, I found traffic sense in south is better than North.. (Pune z an exception, coz here many ppl have color blindness, can''t distinguish red and green :P ;) , no offense :D DISCLAIMER :: Hope this post is informative, and again, this is solely my personal opinion and found that this is the apt place to share this. I welcome all sort of opinion changes, discussions, debates or what ever, I don't mind because the afore-said sentences are solely my opinions. I strongly believe Unity in Diversity and I love all my fellow North Indians , South, East West North East , Island on a whole Indians!! every one are unique and respect to all.. PEACE xx Thanks :)

Tulu is spoken only in some coastal areas of Mangalore and Udupi...There are lot of people in these areas who don't speak Tulu...And Marathi is used by some people in the district of Belgaum only ..no where else

prabhanjan jagalur Why are you trying to be-little Tulu language ? It has 2000 year old history .. Tulu culture is very unique when compared to other parts of Karnataka. Though Kannada is the most spoken language in Karnataka, you must appreciate the diversity of the state (in-turn country) and respect the regional languages.

Arya is a sanskrit term meaning "noble" and the opposite of that is "Anarya" meaning "ignoble". We were/are forced to believe in the foreigner's "Indology" and made up English words like "Aryan and Dravidian" since the beginning of English education in India. “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it" - Joseph Goebbels
