I agree with most here. I would like to see more emphasis on players up to 14 playing more Futsal. The advantages that playing Fustal brings to players on an indivdual level truly outweigh the negatives. Minimum fee relase clauses in contracts forced by the SFA, new squad rules which limit foreigners and have youth player quotas and finally a big revamp of the Loan system. The first battle is getting rid of the old school mentalities we have throughout our game. Great podcast guys 👍

Thanks Jackson. Futsal is a really interesting idea - we'll need to look into that for a future episode. Totally agree re old school mentalities.
