Yes it was! I used this stuff when I made some corn holes a while back to make a bit of a stencil. I was blown away.

I’m confused, so do we take the tape off when paint is wet or dry? I’ve watched a few videos ..all are conflicting!
You changed the angle when pulling off the blue tape; at a diagonal for the first half then straight up for the second half which gave you a better line. The green tape you pulled straight up throughout.

Yea the "controls" must be EXACTLY the same. Saying that I prefer frog tape

I should have searched for this before my paint project yesterday, as I used blue tape.🤦🏼♀️ Nothing more mildly infuriating than spending a bunch of time prepping and painting trim, only to have the dreaded jagged lines appear😑😅
I always get so frustrated when trying to paint a straight line and then I get those little jaggedly edges.

Never again! No you knowwww. There are also some other techniques too. Caulking and stuff but... who has time for that?

@@AustinMakesVids I heard some people do plain water + Frog Tape instead of caulking. Unsure how exactly it's done (with the water trick)
Why didn't you wait until the paint had dried? I've never heard of removing the tape while it was wet. Hmmm

Aren’t you suppose to put a little water on the back of the green to seal it? Using a damp cloth. Just curious my wife just told me that as she is using it now.
I'm confused because blue is more expensive. Perhaps blue sticks better to some surfaces?

to avoid the paint peeling away with the tape, peel off the tape within an hour of painting. I learned the hard way!

Aren't you supposed to use a putty knife to press down the edges. Also the blue tape looked like it was pulled at an angle rather than peeled back on itself at the start. Could these have accounted for the blue's ragged edges. If the blue bleeds through so easily, whats the point of it?

The blue tape is the best tape. Green Painters tape is the cheapest paint for crappy jobs. But I am talking about scotch tape. Frog tape is always good.
