I’m a home user and I use the 23in full size in my backyard. Good enough for a family and a smoke in all climates. Used mine in -25c in Canada no problem 😊
Is there ever any demonstrations done in USA , I live in Ohio would love to see one of these in action.

my brother's 23" cooks everything
Thought I was subscribed, but apparently not, so I missed the last couple videos. Hard to decide between the 32" and 42". The 32" would likely be more than enough for me, but when you get to that price point there's an element of "go big or go home." Plus being able to rotisserie a small pig has its appeal lmao.
If I wanted to buy one to cook a single brisket or at most 3 racks of ribs should I be thinking of a 23 model?

That's what I do. A 23 inch will serve a family of 6 no problem. You have layers up and down to work with too

@@Aznpradai feel like I could almost flip a coin between the 23 and 32. I have a 36 inch gas grill and a yoder 1500 pellet grill now. I’ve been having fun with a newly acquired Weber Smokey mountain 22. Ive made my best chicken and ribs cooking direct heat over this. This smoker seems like the Weber on steroids. The 23 would be the most logical choice for sure. The problem is I’m not logical. 😂
