New Yorkers For Children is a non-profit responsible for improving outcomes of youth in the child welfare system with a focus on foster care and those who have aged out of care. Since the onset of COVID-19, the organization has seen quadruple the number of requests to meet the most basic living expenses. In response NYFC is distributing emergency grants to help with rent, utility bills, groceries, cleaning supplies and so much more. No donation is too small and can help ensure NYC’s most vulnerable children have access to basic needs during this pandemic. If you'd like to help, please do so here: bit.ly/2WAwKTZ

I can’t believe this is #40 but it’s true. Every episode has been deliciously useful in its own way but this one with Sharon and Dan hit a different high of honesty and integrity for me. Love to you both for the amazing work you do and to the TPH team for your incredible consistency and support.

Good point - don't be a "happiness bully." "You will know them by their fruits" when people come to you to find out how you're so calm and happy, that's the time to share.

I downloaded a book recommended by Sharon Salzberg from Martin seif phd. About anxiety and worried thought. And false comfort and wise self. Amazing for anxiety. What if thoughts. So so helpful. Thanks so much
