What's new in the shop? Delta PAG Radiator

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this episode, I take you on a quick shop update and unveil the new Delta Pag Radiator!!!!
deltapag.com/
Power, Reliability & Efficiency. The reason why Delta PAG fans are superior revolves around our Brushless Motor Technology. Brushless motors are "power-dense" small, yet very powerful. This allows for a thinner fan with longer fan blades thus more airflow. Brushless motors have a longer lifespan because there are no brushes to wear down. The operating life of brushless motors is rated at 50,000 hours vs. 3,000 hours for typical brushed motors. Brushless motors increase motor reliability, reduce noise & reduce heat. Brushless motors are far more efficient than brushed motors due to multiple phases (3 phase vs 2 phase) & no brush/commutator losses. As a result, brushless motors consume a fraction of the amps while doing the same/more work. Delta PAG's Brushless fans are flat out better because brushless motors are better.
High Performance Brushless Cooling Fan Kit.
12" Fan with 2,100 CFM

Like the cooling system soft-start motor concept. I have been hearing more about soft-starting after-market kits. Really extends the life of many components, like you mentioned.

I love my Delta PAG system on my 1970 OLDS 442 W -30 conv..I've had this system now for about two years and very pleased with the performance. My car is LS-SWAPPED..600 HP..In the summer it get's up too 110 degree's here in Texas..I've been stuck in bumper to bumper traffic..110 degree's and AC on..Engine temp never got above 196 degree's...Excellent system..

I was able to wire myself a crude soft start circuit with a step up relay deal I made. It worked good, till it didn't. Jeeez, that was 04 or 05 when I nuked those fans. It shattered the brush hoods and brushes off the commutator of the fan motors. I wanted them to slow draw start, and they did,,until they didn't. Looks like Delta Pag has me covered now. Very Fancy,,Happy New Year for You with the late Gift!!! . Thanks Lucky. Soo, ,You, Lohnes, and Sticks, on a Hot Pod somewhere??.

Hey Lucky, welcome to the Typhoon family. I have a Red/Grey 92 Typhoon. The early 92's had the black GMC letters in the grill (GM made them change to Red) . Might be the handful of them out there with the black letters. How many miles? And what truck number is it (last 4 of the vin). There is a Sy/Ty registry on these trucks and we are always trying to update it to find out what trucks are still out there.

Seems like the lower heat exchanger would heat soak off the radiator.
