Recommendations: - Have proper audio (and setting if possible) - Make the video larger so you can properly see what's being displayed - Have a link to the summary cause most people don't wanna sit and watch for 20 minutes. - It came to my attention that there's a maximum to the "minimum delay between emails". This is 90 seconds due to infrastructure reasons. This will make delivery rates a lot worse which makes the email sending aspect not usable. Which is unfortunately cause that makes a key feature of the software unusable. I would recommend trying to fix this because nobody wants to send emails with a software that has bad delivery rates. You guys have great potential! Good luck with the software

If I BCC a person on my outreach emails (My Boss) and he opens the email, will it be included in my open rate? If yes, is there a way to exclude people (My Boss and Myself) from future open rates? Thanks!
