I just got my first staffy. I’m in US, and found the breed on Facebook reels lol. It was love at first site and the more I read about them, I just had to have one. Nala has been with us for 17 days, and she is amazing! She is so intelligent and loving. Highly recommended!

I have an amstaff. Got her as a pup and she has been with us for 12 years. She was a handful as a pup and young dog 😅 but once she turned 3 she has been absolutely amazing 😍 We got two kids now and she is very patient with them. Just an amazing dog! Btw she was my first dog. She turned out nothing short of wonderful 🥰

I've a 10 month old long staffy, he's the definition of a good boy . Extremely strong but very friendly when meeting people and dogs , he will lay down to show he's no threat . So glad we got him , his name is Ted 👍

Depends where you are in the world, but dog shelters exist almost everywhere and are a good place to start@@SalRubino82

My boy is energetic for about 30 minutes in short bursts and he sleeps 20 hours a day. We call this sweet and snuggly boy the house hippo.

My am staff is my baby. Trained her for years and have older relatives who hate dogs but love her.

So true i used to have one Khan he was like a baby to me adorable little fella so loyal 😊miss him he gone now but never forgotten he was so easy to train to .❤❤❤

My staff whos 2 is the calmest staff ive ever owned 😘i lost my best boy tyson 3 years ago he was like a mini hurricane 😅 then i lost my girl in november 2023 broke my heart😘 they both lived wrll into their teens ❤💙.my boy is just so calm he walks past cats and does not bat a eyelid 😅he is so sweet .i take him out for two hours a day and we alternate with intense play one day and a good walk the next so that might be why he is so calm .i love the breed its the only breed i have ever owned .there so gentle with children .my boy loves sleeping in my bed snuggling up to me and loves his snuggles he loves me kissing him on the cheek 😊 he turns his cheek for me to kiss bless sweet boy .he is stubborn though if he does not want to do something he wont 😅 there just little snuggle buns .they are strong though and i do get a lot of little bruises with him jumping up when playing 😅 i cant imagine not having a staff in my life there just the most loving breed .i love all dogs just only owned staffys as i grew up with them .if you want lots of love and kisses a staffy is definitely the breed for you .the only thing i would say is they cant be left long so if you work all day and their is nobody at home there not the right breed for you .they love people and dont do well on their own 😘❤

Oh my gosh it sounds like you have the perfect boy there 🥰 Your right about them struggling on their own, that’s why we crate trained our boy as it can really help with that.

I know some people who have had success with them, I certainly don’t think they do any harm. But I’d aim to not use it for very long otherwise they might become dependent on it.

Have you covered border terriers?

Nanny is woman who takes care of children. I have an American Staffordshire tan and is part pointer and Rottweiler .their larger very violent when protecting. Night and day Love childry

Weird how he pronounces it "Staffaja". I'd say it sounds wrong but if hes from that area it must be the correct way lol
