What's Inside A 435X and 535AWD Automower Rear Chassis

Фильм және анимация

In this video we show you how to open up the rear chassis of a 435X or 535AWD Automower and show you the components inside. Despite the rear chassis of the 435X and 535AWD being small in physical size, it does house some very important and expensive components. The rear chassis houses the mower's battery, 2 wheel motors, 3 magnetic sensor board, a wheel motor control board, a rear loop sensor board, along with several cables and wires to help relay the information not just between the boards in the rear chassis, but to the front chassis of the mower as well. The rear chassis for the 435X and 535AWD Automowers are the same and use the same internal components and nearly all of the same external components. The only differences between the 2 are the plain gray wheels used on the 535AWD instead of the orange wheels with gray trim rings used on the 435X and the orange body insert used on the 535AWD compared to the standard gray insert used on the 435X.
