What's in the shade cloth area? and visiting the orchard
Ойын-сауық
How did we utilize the green shade area we made a little while back?
We've been using it as a sun hardening area for new plants before planting them into the ground.
Also we planted our first crop of beans, zucchinis and spaghetti squash in this area too.
The orchard plants are well fairly we established and some are even fruiting.

New growth and new shoots = growing roots. You're winning 🥰
I love catching up on whats going on on your beautiful property. Thanks for sharing.
Great achievement Brooke and Denis growing your own fruit and veg is so exciting and self sufficient nothing can give you a greater buzz than when you harvest what you have nurtured, keep on keeping on, cheers!!🥰💕💪👍
Amazing 👍
Living the good life . Remember , life is making memories.
The bats are gonna love your place!
Some plants spend around the first 12 months of their lives establishing their root systems before putting effort into growing foliage. Just a little story a WW11 soldier mate I used to work with told me that during the war, the ship he was on docked in a harbour in New Guinea. The soldiers were not allowed off the ship & he wanted some fruit. He asked a kid on the dock for some paw paw. The kid ran off, then returned with his sister so my mate learnt to call it papaya. LOL.
I support Denis re fruit!! They are sugar sacks, avocado and cackleberries the only fruit I eat, my favourite veg is pickled onions and gherkins… I do like people giving things a go, your are right regarding research, the more I do the harder it is to make a decision. Went through Gladstone couple weeks ago, drove around to boat ramps wanted to say gidday couldn’t see ya anywhere😆…
It has to have been a long time since your last post. Almost forgot who you were. Like your garden!

“This stuff is amazing. None of my family believed me when I recommended this product till I used it in their garden without their knowledge, then they all simply had to have it too. LOVE IT!!!“
A heads up if you want a natural tree for Mozzy deterrent is the NEEM tree. Plant them right along your driveway. They are also an easy manageable tree and look good being green leaved all year round.

I attempted to grow spaghetti squash last Summer, unfortunately with all the rain, my garden failed except for the dragon chillies.
Still waiting for my girl Vanesa to make a cameo in new vids 😉

No Lemon Tree for fish or Apple Tree ?
✨🙏✨🪴
From one Farmer to another. Don't spray the actual plants , spray the entire are surrounding as everything growing around the area is sucking goodness from the plants , including grass.
