Great list. Another useful tool to have in your "gym bag" would be a timer app on your phone for specific intervals & resting. Probably something you would always have on you, but still, a good reason to keep your phone with you while working out, also to play music. A towel or cloth too, for times when you get extra sweaty.

Well me I workout at home currently I never worked out in a gym. I do have a nike gym bag that I just keep everything in. I have some of the things that u in my bag expect a mask cuz I workout at home. So I would have to say that I don’t necessary have any must haves at the moment.

I just throw them in the wash with some detergent (no softener) I’ll scrub them if I need too before I throw them in, and then throw them in the dryer!

Do you think the mask is a good go to cardio mask? Is it breathable?

I would say it’s probably not the best one for cardio!
