Hey my love do NOT use that Garnier Micellar water as it contains a very harmful chemical called PHMB. Just find yourself another brand of Micellar water, there are many brands without that chemical and that are even cheaper.

I'm a personal trainer, and my PERSONAL bag, that doesn't include workout equipment is just as simple, to the point, and NO FUSS as yours. BESIDES, who the heck wants to carry a bag, that looks like it's carrying a corpse?!😁 I ALSO carry a small bag of nuts/snack...because I'm SUPER GREEDY.😬😉😂 AWESOME vid!✊❤

my gym bag literally only contains my water bottle, a small towel, earphones, my phone, my wallet and umm... That's it. I'm probably the only person who takes a shower at home after going to the gym because I'm just too lazy to bring clothes to the gym and shower in there. (I also hate showering in public places). Candy Too I hate showering at the gym! Lol my bf always says “let’s waste their water not ours” haha which is a good point. But I have so much stuff in my shower routine it’s pointless lol plus I’m more comfy in my own shower.

I keep a plastic grocery bag in my gym bag for dirty clothes too-- I thought I was the only one!! Thanks for making me feel like less of a weirdo, Michelle!!

Micellar water is basically really diluted soap. Micells are the part of soap that grab dirt and gunk and carry it away. Basically the hydrophobic parts of the soap molecules make a sphere around dirt and the hydrophilic part of the soap molecules get disperse the sphere in water to be carried away.

Girl, your skin is flawless😊 I have a lot of the same stuff in my gym bag like you. I have workout stuff, hygiene stuff, and protein snacks.

I use to go swimming, a very long time ago, and I always carry a grocerie bag for my wet clothes. It help reduce or prevent odors in my gym bag. And protecy whatever other stuff I was carrying from getting wet and/or getting smelly.

I got my gym back off of amazon. I love the fact that my bag has a place for you to put your yoga mat if you wish to take it with you to the gym. Mine is a AVIA brand. I believe that’s a Walmart workout brand. And I got the maroon purple color and Walmart online was out of stock on it. I believe it cost me less than $25. It has two water bottle spots on the sides.

Just invested (it was only $16, but still) in my own gym duffel bag since I've been working out consistently for 6 months now, and I loved this video to give me a couple ideas as to what I should definitely keep in my bag - especially the mini shower stuff, since there have definitely been times that my friends/family have wanted to meet up and I'm at the gym and I have to show up sweaty and in workout clothes. Great video Michelle!

Clothes. Earbuds, phone, towel, baby wipes, water bottle, sunscreen, and snacking post workout

My gym bag is a tiny bright yellow back pack. I mostly just keep diapers, wipes, and other various baby stuff in there. That way my daughters are ready for the gym play area hahaha. I show up in my clothes. I'm lucky to have a 5 minute drive to and from the gym.

You are one of my go-to fitness related KZreadr! It’s refreshing to see how simple your gym bag is - very similar to mine! I also have a big H&M plastic bag (with ziplock) in my gym bag for those yucky post workout attires. Ps. Try putting a small sachet / pack of dehumidifier inside. It helps keeping your post-workout’s odor in control (esp. when you work out in the morning and need to go to work straight after & you can’t take them out til later at night) Also.. I use bar shampoo, soap and facial wash so i put them in one compact container, easy peasy + less weight.

Just taking soap in a bloc so not the liquid one to the gym was a game changer for me. Just put it in a Tupperware box. It's so much smaller and it will not end up beeing everywhere in the bag.

Question for the community: What do you guys keep in your dance bag? Currently, all my dance clothes just live in there (if you don't keep yours in your bag, where do you keep them?! I'd love to find someplace else to put them!), but I also keep a couple tennis balls, some hair ties, my dance shoes, & my roller in there. Anything else you'd recommend? I might be getting a motorcycle soon, so it'd be nice to clear up some space to just use it as a regular duffel bag.
