Solitude is so peaceful
For introverts, solitude is absolutely necessary. Extroverted personalities may have a little more problem with being alone, since that's where they derive their energy from. I get a lot from your videos, and I wish I could be more supportive than I am. Keep up the good work.

Solitude is the only reason I’m alive today
I have learned to truly love myself in voluntary solitude. When I’m ready I’ll start socializing again, but I’m enjoying this new type of inner peace.

I don't hate or fear being alone. I'm more happy being alone than I am being around people.
Solitude is the only place I can be my self without people telling me how wrong I am. The nature of solitude tells me I am right as I am. Solitude affords me the freedom from having to perform for the sake of other people's comfort zones. I'm not opposed to other people's comfort zones, I just don't need or want them to exist. Solitude is the only place I never have to think about that. Solitude has shown me that I'm well suited to being there even if it is for the rest of my life.

Solitude is the only way I can be mentally sane. When I’m surrounded by people 24/7 & can’t control what’s stimulating my brain it worsens every aspect of my mental health

My wife and I recently separated. We are not divorcing. I am an introvert she an extrovert. We have found our relationship has become much nicer and being together is a pleasure. We meet a couple of times per week. But living on my own has become a freedom for me to be who I am, without the nagging feeling that I have to explain myself to anyone.
Solitude has probably been the greatest catalyst of internal and external transformation
Solitude is a tool to replenish your energy on both mind and body, atleast for me
I have just started to spend time by myself. I feel so free and organized
Something that I learned by self and have always been productive in such hours. I really love it - solitude as because it allows me to focus on things properly !
This is awesome bro! I've just realised I was really good at this, being alone and happy but it has been a long time since then. Now I feel alone with solitude. I have some work to do! Thanks!!
Full days of motorcycling alone is my sweet spot, 30 litre tank, I don't talk to anyone for 8-9 hours, buzzing in my helmet, what a gorgeous place to be.
I completely agree with you, solitude is extremely important. I started my journey into appreciating solitude thanks to Nietzsche, you should read his works if you haven't already. I leave you with one of my favorite quotes of his: "I Go In Solitude, So As Not To Drink Out Of Everybody’s Cistern. When I Am Among The Many I Live As The Many Do, And I Do Not Think I Really Think; After A Time It Always Seems As If They Want To Banish Myself From Myself And Rob Me Of My Soul.”
You are never alone with God.

That’s true but sometimes it’s difficult to know / realize
I love my solitude!! I hate to work with people. My dream work is work alone!!!
Imagine there is no social media solitude will f#ck u up cause u need connections and strong friend to be successful
I used to be a drug addict extrovert, I quit all the drugs now I’m an introvert which is my true self. I really never knew my true self my whole life but now I really do I’ve had countless horrible experiences & events that still effect me to this day but I’ve found that I have the power to decide what my mindset is & what I choose to focus on & ultimately if I want to be happy I have to choose to be happy. So I hope everybody else can figure it out too I know it’s not as easy as it sounds it can be EXTREMELY difficult & frustrating & confusing but the biggest thing I’ve learned is that all my past experiences are learning experiences so I know what NOT to do in the future. I am currently doing the polar opposite of what I used to do & I am in better mental condition than I ever have the last 10+ years. Ultimately with the right mindset you can turn an L into a Lesson 🤙🏽
Love living alone.
Thank you for this fantastic video!
Inerize with the wisdom once again! Thank you Juan!
Thank you so much for the information I had forgotten that and I will do it soon
Your videos are amazing!
Being alone can awaken genius abilities in us
There is so solitude like that these days due to technology. However, it depends on self-control for those who are alone alone not to spend too much time on social media. I still believe in the power of solitude.

Balance is key 🔑
Learned solitude and genuine solitude are two very things. The former doesn't work and the latter does. You can't learn it, and you can't unlearn it.
Thank you for sharing this video that was powerful and useful lesson. ❤
Thank You
I've been an introvert all my life and I'm 58 now. I prefer being alone. I've built a wall around myself to protect me from the sick and chaotic world we live in. I am a rock, I am an island.

Because you said that, Id love to have a coffee with you and discuss it, because I think I'm the same...
Good advice 👍
In the end we are entirely alone alywas..
Quiet. I love it
Lovely facts
I'm not shy, however,I don't care for smalltalk nor that weird silence between folks,I do so enjoy kicking back in a lawnchair, smoke a blount, close my eyes and just breath
Guess I'm odd, I love being alone
Finding a balance with the right people sounds more like it. One might withdraw from people after making many mistakes or trusting the wrong people.... until one learns from their mistakes.
I agree with SO Much of this and know it to be true, however...it's also said that bouncing ideas off people and being around stimulating conversation helps with creativity. So I suppose both are good, but it can be hard to find other people to be around when everyone is busy

BRILLIANT 👏 narrative. 2023. War as was meant to be.. name the invader and sadness.
Yeah I don’t know 🤷🏾♂️ people always say you Need to have someone in your life ,,, I live and know the contrary SOLIDARITY is better ,,,, but to each there own different people require different things if you need to have a partner you should find someone who wants the same thing not everyone is going to want what you want it agree sometimes it fits and sometimes it’s just doesn’t go with you , pretty simple ,,, yeah I chose Solitude that’s it basically 😎😉
1) give yourself time: solitude will be boring at first, almost excruciating. But it will get better once your body and mind realises that its still okay after facing boredom. (imagine a cartoon where the main character thinks he will be crushed by a boulder and so closes his eyes, but when opens them afterwards he sees that the boulder missed him and he's okay. Imagine his relief. That's how you are going to feel after getting comfortable with the discomfort and that will definitely happen soon) 2) find some activity to focus on: to help with solitude, pick up an activity, preferably an output activity like art writing, musical instruments sports gym etc, you can get your thoughts together in the meantime and that's good use of these time to deal with the boredom. 3) use solitude as a productivity tool: use solitude as thinking time for your problem and solutions. 4) avoid distractions: distractions are like cheat days and in the beginning of establishing solitude habits, go cold turkey. even after establishment go through your distractions carefully and see if you need the distractions you used to have anymore. de-clutter any distraction dragging you down on your progress. 5) schedule solitude time in the day/week: regular solitude periods feels good. its like retreating back into your perfect safe haven for a moment and that feels so good :-)
Good thing i dont hate being alone, i actually find it quite a luxury. Havent figured out the self love aspect.
You have given lots of quote from the internet but i really want to feel, how to be solitude cause it feels really suck to be alone ....
The reference to Bill Gates is the worst when we know how he is acting towards the planet
The creator flows through us. You need solitude to speak with the creator...
yeah.. maybe
I considered myself an extrovert for many years until the last year when I had a short four days vocation alone which I spent mostly in silence. That was an amazing experience which I never expected to have. I still consider myself an extrovert, however I believe that every person is a mixture of both and checking what works for you and trying new approaches is necessary.
So sad how adulthood already alone right now.
