    Sir... Thanks for the valuable information that you share..... Sir i have anterior pelvic tilt along with right leg outer rotation and also stiff ankles.... I have followed your videos of correct method of sleeping and your advices and videos have helped a lot...... Sir can you please help me on how to fill my hollow lower back and rotated leg and stiff ankles (planter flexion)

Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with cauda equina, because our pain therapy is focusing on relieving pain conditions that are caused by excessive tensions in your muscles and fasciae.     @@Liebscher.Bracht_EN thank you. This stretch you show in this video at the end is amazing. I would think stretching and reversing forward pelvic lean and restoring balance would resolve commpressed L3,4,5 and any resulting imbalance that causes QE and sciatica and so on.
