Do you have a video going into more detail about how to set up this exercise. This is exactly the issue I have. Limited internal rotation I'm my hip and then I'm experiencing arch pain after long runs. And the arch is very low.

Thank you for this information. I've suffered from shin splints, knee pain, ankle pain, and lower back pain for a long time. I always knew it was connected to my flat feet. I've been doing exercises to increase internal and external hip rotation as well as strengthening all the muscle groups that are involved from my big toe on up.

Was struggling with this on my right side. I felt a strong stretch in my right piriformis but also a pinching in the front of the hip. The overall issue was a lateral pelvic tilt. Counterintuitively, the 'fix' for me was to strengthen my left side QL and left hip

Can the ramp be substituted with a foam roller? I don't really understand the movement he made in the ramp

Smart Man! We have a Children's Surgeon and wow! So so great to understand how this is. We had a hip thing as slap scuffs slip on threw my Sons hips forward then swimming was non-event drowning so hear 👂 me once hear me twice always check all. X-rays helped. Mothers pick up on stuff. But ex-rays do the trick then Hospital appointment real soon to see the Surgeon 👈and don't ever just leave it. Get a lot Worse. We had stretches told to us then every stretch at the Hospital we took a photo about 6 different ones and then a poster-size laminate photo S of them then every morning do them as a promise to do them! Few of each every morning! And breath. You see a massive difference. Date it when you first start then take a picture as well every 3months of him self to see changes in his speedo swim wear do this. You not even Recognise our situation. You would faint. If I not notice he be in surgery with hips knees to be broken then rehab.. 18 months. So always wear good shoes 👟 and yep i Good

can attest to this, lots of hip issues causing my collapsed feet. i also have a accessory navicular bone in my left foo, i believe i have tried to stay off that and as such the inner section of my foot is subconsciously raised, as i can force it inwards and get nice stretch relief, ankles tremendously locked up too and not to mention the area below my calfs/above ankles... i need you in my life bruh
