I started Day 1 of HSR and owned 40 characters including all of the standard characters.. My luck is really good on this game, spent express pass for 10 months. This game respects my time and I like it a lot.

As a newer player you do get a few advantages, 1) skipped hyped up characters that might have been meta, or baited your spending earlier in the game 2) more general knowledge floating around and easy to fine 3) lots of resources available to us with archived events, more story out, exploration chests, etc so you can quickly catch up characters compared to having started with less dense rewards It isnt like starting late is "better" and obviously it means you miss reruns of anyone who catches you eye... but it had some upside

I've been watching you since the game first released. I remember when simulated universe was the hardest content and i was stuck at the svarog boss fight for world 4. You were the goat for giving out guides since back then. Really appreciate the videos.

I started late 1.5 when I heard all the stuff about free Dr. Ratio. Genshin player that always heard good things about hsr. First 5 star I ever got as Bronya on departure banner, and then e1 Ruan Mei within 30 wishes lol. Quite the decent start to an account. First 5 star DPS I pulled was Blade, who is still my favorite DPS to use. Saw your channel just by searching guides and looking for banner predictions to better plan my pulls.

Been here since day one- my favorite Hoyoverse game, largely in part to Kafka 😂 love all the Star Rail characters and excited to see where the story goes. Thanks for all the guides and content EOD❤

Totally the same experience. Started three weeks ago just before 2.1 hit and this channel has been so helpful for making early decisions to develop and plan my account. It’s great how EOD considers a range of types of player in his advice, including newbies

I started day one, but skipped Seele for Jing Yuan. I actually followed you weeks/months before the game dropped as I used your channel to inform me about the game before it dropped and to see which Characters and team I wanted to run. Your channel has been so helpful and I feel it is criminally underrated.

i started playing HSR the second week after a friend recommended it. the same friend also brought me to your channel, which has been really helpful for building characters, teams, and pull considerations so thank you (and thank him i guess lol)! i've gotten all 5-star standard players so far after losing my aventurine 50/50 to uncle welt. wasn't happy about that but we'll see if i managed to get him before his banner ends

I started when the Honkai Starrail came on the PS5. On one side I did feel like I out on some stuff. Yet thanks to the info you and your other content creators provided helped me in planning out my wishes. Just recently with the addition of Sparkle I finished my mono quantum team ( e4 lynx, e6 Qinque, Silverwolf ) and with Acheron my Kafka team has been sorted aswel. 😊 I do dislike the amount of resources you’re relics require to level up to max tough. Also some light cones are a bit to specific when there aren’t any alternatives (like the sweety pearls or the crit on Acharon). Yet what I do love is how viable the 4 stars are. For me that is Asta, Lynx, Sampo, Gallagher and above all my Qinque! Together with Sparkle in my mono Quantum team her DPS is insane, plus she’s fun aswell 😄

Started in 2.1 with Sparkle banner and started watching you towards the end of 2.1 and beginning of 2.2

I started a couple of weeks after the PS5 release came out and just missed Jingliu though I was able to grab Seele before her banner ended. As far as the channel goes, I came around when Ruan Mei was released and have been tuning in since. Appreciate all you do for the community.

I started Day 1 of HSR and have been watching your videos for a few weeks prior to HSR official release. Much appreciated on the efficiency guides you have created for the community and definitely will support local content as a fellow Singaporean :) My current two teams are: 1) DoT: Kafka/Black Swan/Ruan Mei/Huohuo with occasional switching between Ruan Mei and Acheron, and 2) Hypercarry: Acheron/Pela/Silver Wolf/Fu Xuan, although it used to be Blade/Bronya/Pela/Fu Xuan XD Keep doing what you do, EOD! Quality content that's straight to the point indeed :)

I only just found your channel a few days ago, but I started a few days after release. First banner I pulled on was Luocha; I saved up for him and his LC specifically. My favorite character atm is Topaz, I really like FUA in general so I'm looking forward to seeing new characters to suit that style. I usually only pull every few months, I'm really picky with my warps so I like channels that go into more of the planning and efficiency side of HSR.

I got Himeko after 1 year as well after trying to get Acheron Eidolons, got Clara E1, Yanqing E1, Bailu E1. From the standard banner mostly got LC's, no Welt yet as well

I started off HSR on day 1 and I got bronya and as a consequence, I felt like pulling Seele on day 3. I discovered your channel because of your topaz vs jingliu video, if I do recall correctly. I ended up pulling topaz. My most used characters are Blade, Bronya, Luocha and Pela. It's my go-to team for all content, and it ended up being my most invested team with an accidental E1 blade, E2 Bronya, a tanky luocha and a speedy yet tanky pela.

This is what I have been looking forward to. First year account reviews. I started day 1 myself and I'm honestly surprised I've actually been playing for a year. Usually I lose interest in a Gotcha game after a few months but Star Rail actually kept me playing. I've been looking over my account and I will say my most used characters have actually been Jing Yuan and DHIL though I've found that I've been using Ratio and Argenti more and more in Penacony. The only thing I haven't really done on my account is DoT characters. I've been ignoring them and I think my goal for the second year is to build up that playstyle on my account.

Hi EOD I joined since 1.0 when the game came out Seele and Gepard were my 1st 2 5stars, and I rmb my friend was like saying why am I so lucky because at that time Seele and Gepard were meta for a start. I only found out bout your channel somewhere around 1.5/1.6 period and have loved ur analysis and content as you spare no corner unturned for all kinds of players from Whale to F2P. Started day 1 but rerolled for literally a week, lmao. That was my cutoff point and I wanted to keep going cause I didn't get what I wanted. I wanted a 5 star character from 20 pulls into the standard banner (+1 guaranteed from beginner banner). My goal was #1 Himeko, #2 Bronya. I never got them. Bunch on Yanqings (1 account has an e1 Yanqing from 20 standard pulls), bunch of Welts, couple Claras, 1 Bailu. Ended up playing one of the Clara accounts, and got E1 Clara from beginner banner. Never got her again. My favorite videos on this channel are the 4 star prediction banners. Basically no content creator is talking about the 4 stars and it's fun to see if the eidolons I'm chasing are likely to be coming or not. Great channel.

I started day two ! I saved for Jing Yuan because I enjoyed his design very much, but I haven't been using him that much recently (I mostly play Blade). Pretty sure the first video of you that I watched was the Powercreep discussion two months ago. I don't have Clara either (although I haven't pulled as much as you have obviously) but I do have three copies of Bronya's LC and one of Clara for some reason, hope you'll be able to get her soon (hope you don't get E7 Gepard)

I started a week or so after launch. Have every standard banner character aside from Welt, and all 4-stars. I came into Genshin late and felt like I was never able to catch up particularly with constellations. But getting in on the ground floor here was nice.

I started day 1 got 34 characters buy monthly pass every one and wild . Took break to catch up to the Pokémon event . Found your channel with the Stelle vs topaz .

Next week, I will be 3 month in HSR. I started right before v2.0. In particular I started second half in v1.6 during Kafka's rerun banner. I know of this game for a while, but I wasn't interested initially because I was playing FGO and don't have time to play more than one game at a time. I obviously come for Kafka. She cost like 177 pull (lost 50/50 to Welt). It was pretty much all the jade I got from clearing from 1.0 to 1.6 story plus side quests. So far I have only two limited 5* characters (not counting Ratio). I found your channel when I was looking for beginner tips. You post some video on how to spend the Trailblazer power efficiently at different level of TL. I also go to your playlist for those powercreep analysis. The recent various free and battle pass LC review was very useful to me as well. Oh, I also find your Swarm Disaster video helpful. I just unlock propagation path and it saves so much time for my weeklies. I am using your guide to unlock the golden node at the moment. As for content, I find it difficult to find the kind of content for those who finish the story, and starting the end game. Most MoC clear video out there is not relatable for me, because I have a much weaker team, less gear. This part of the progress feels very slow.

I Started Playing this Game since the second half of Jing Yuan's Banner in 1.0. I do spend some money on HSR, but I do not have a Standard unit past E2 (My Bronya is E2) but I have all the other Standard units at E0 or E1. My luck in this game is pretty decent, and I think I found your Channel not too long after I started HSR

Been playing religiously as a f2p since the Kafka banner (technically day one player but took a break) and I have 37 of the characters. I recently got my five star selector and finally got my first bronya. Clara is also the one standard character I don’t have. I am able to clear MOC 12 pretty easily (even more so now that I got Aventurine for the second half for comfort). I love this game and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future (five star Sampo my beloved).

I originally started HSR 3 days before seele first banner ended. I didnt play day 1 but im aware that the game was made by genshin team. I didnt play first few weeks because i just wasnt intrested. Then i toke gamble and was blown away by how easy the game was to get into and play on mobile. I have never played the game on pc. I was happy to play ps5 because finally can alternative if i wanted to save battery life. My first standard pull from welcoming banner was bailu and from other banner gurantee was clara. I didnt know the game enough that those two were very good. I work 40 hourd a week and playing this game slowly over the year. I pulled every banner before they introduced double banners. Collected every relic, signature and beaten every moc/pure fiction event. I havent explored golden gear or swarm of disaster as im not fan of those modes. But i slowly come to see your channel over the months. I believe i saw your channel when it was eather kafka or topaz and numby banner. It was when i wanted to know second opinions. Also for your clara situations, that was me with himeko , gepard and welt. I held my 300 pity for months to get any of the 3 in standered pull, pity broken. I got pity broken by ruin mei and got so excited. Needed gepard snd himeko. Himeko came home standard banner and i use my 300 wish pull on gepard. Im happy with this game. Im currently regrinding relics of all my characters because i knoe they can imrpvovr themself wkth the update that came out showing you what stats boosted. Anyway Here to more hsr together

Started Day 1 - First 5* was YanKEK (He is now on E1 unfortunately) - Found EODGamer in Oct and liked the data analysis vids and prediction vids

Started day 1. Skipped some banners, my first 5 star was Luocha. I got hyped by DHIL, first LC to pull and first chara to be E1. I buy the express supply only when I need to. Nowadays once I'm done with the dailies I just spend my trailblazer power for traces.

I started on Seele's banner. This was the first Gatcha game i ever played and it sparked my love for gambling. I'm hoping to play both ZZZ and Wuthering Waves when it comes out (Definitely signs of a gambling addiction).

Started to play closer to end of Sparkle banner, because I saw my Chrip intensively playing the game for a pretty long time, so I decided to give it a try and got in this web. At the moment I'm 61lv and I have 26 characters. My favorite character in game - Seele, and even despite she is falling off now, I still do want her, because I like everything about her

I started day 1, but I took like 3 months off after burning out pretty much right away. Jing Yuan came out, I blew all my saved pulls on his banner and didn't get him, lost the 50/50 and didn't have enough to get back to pity again. I still remember it 85 pulls into pity when the banner left and I quit the game over it for like 3 months. I came back to right at the end of dhil banner and ended up getting him on my first pull back in the game...

For me it’s almost been 7 weeks but Honkai star rail does not want to give me Hiriko or welt😢😢

I started half way through Seele's banner, but I knew I wouldn't have enough pulls to get Jing Yuan so I waited and got him instead as my first limited 5-Star. People clown on him, call him 'Mid Yuan' or whatever but I still think it feels so good to land a 10 stack lightning lord, I still love him. My first standard 5-Star was Clara and I actually got her two more times and have no Bailu, Yangqing, or Himeko 😂 I used her a lot at first but then she just didn't synergize with my team very well for ages, but now with Aventurine on the team I really like how they work together. I'm loving the game so far, love the follow up attack k teams best

I started the day Huohuo's banner dropped (didn't realize I missed out on Jingliu 😢); I've been pretty fortunate with my pulls so far. Before Kafka's rerun, I struggled a bit with only Sushang as my DPS; she really carried my account for a while. My DoT ladies are my favorite team currently. I'm looking forward pulling on Huohuo's rerun; I lost my 50/50 on her first run to Bronya. And yes... I do finally have Jingliu lol.

If you click a consumable, on the Icon on the right side there is a star icon. Select this star to highlight it and then the consumable will go to first in the list. Perfect for Trick Snack to get it first. I started on the Kafka banner and have pulled kafka,swan e1, sparkle e1, acheron e2, aventurine e1, jingliu e1, DHIL, luocha. I have Clara but I cant seem to pull Bailu and she is only one off standard banner missing. e1 bronya, e2 gepard. Had bad luck with 50/50's recently acheron to e2 had x2 failed, aventurine to e1 has had x2 failed, jing liu has one failed and her lightcone failed 50/50. Luocha failed his lightcone 50/50. Trailblaze power shouldn't exist and we should be able to farm as much as we want for the characters we have heavily invested in. Massively struggling for resources to upgrade my chars, out of 36 chars only 12 are level 80 atm. As I started on Kafka banner I have missed Ruan Mei, Fu Xuan, HuoHuo,blade,silver wolf, seele. Ruan Mei, Fu Xuan and HuoHuo are top of my list now with the current line up. I like to play acheron with swan, sparkle and aventurine and mix in Kafka.

I am a day 1 player who's been active for 360 days... I guess that means I haven't skipped a single day? I think I started watching your content by the end of May 2023, which is probably when I played through most of the content and tackled MoC for the first time - you made a video about survival tips for players without 5* sustains, which was my situation back then. My KZread history shows me that I watched (or listened to) almost every HSR-related video you made since then - I like your no-nonsense straight to the point approach + the analytics/math stuff that is rarely shown elsewhere... I am a low spender only buying monthly + BP. When it comes to savings on those purchases, which location is the best? I've been using Japan so far...

lol I had that issue with the trick snacks too, so it’s very simple. Don’t craft any other technique consumables other then trick snacks, then you’ll refill right away 😂

I started a bit late 2 days after release. Sadly i take a break after getting Fu xuan banner first half i forgot which patch, is it 1.3 or 1.4?. All the way until i started again in 1.6. I regret taking a break from this game because the reason is my device is weaker back then. i failed my 50/50 to get RM. This is my redemption arc with BS, Acheron S1, and Aventurine S1. Im gonna get all Harmony units i can get as f2p (Im still unsure about Robin tbh)

I'm a Day 1 player with 38 characters, out of the 11 limited characters I own I only lost 50/50 3 times, I got e2 Himeko from 3 banners at the start (lost 50/50 on Seele, Beginner banner and Standard) e1 Yanqing and Clara, e0 Gepard and Bronya, have yet to get Welt or Bailu. I main DoT, FuA and Jingliu. 30*'d MoC 10 once before it rotated out, now I 36* every MoC 12. Been a Prisoner of Prisoner domain for so long xD

I am new, started since Sparkle banner, around 2 months into the game. So far i pull Acheron, Sparkle, and Aventurine. My team one: Acheron, Sparkle, Welt, Pela/ Aventurine; team 2: Hemiko, Asta, Ratio, Gallenger. I am still waiting for better DPS character for my team 2.

I started on Topaz banner, did not pull for Topaz because the community did not rate her very high, then I pulled for both Argenti and Huohuo, pulled Silverwolf, Ruan Mei, Sparkle, Acheron and Aventurine. Next character to for in my plan is topaz rerun

I started on the Seele rerun banner

Day 1 player. Still Bronyaless, Himekoless, and Claraless. Crazy lol. Looking at you E3 Luofu punching bag boy, at least E2 Grandpa Welt is still useful in some exent. At 300 Standard pull I choose Gepard instead of Bronya cuz I really need a reliable sustain beside Natasha, Lynx and Fire MC lol and pseudo sustain Blade + Lynx, (I don't build March7th that time cause she interrupted Dan Heng CPR 🤭). Well anyway it pays off, without Gepard I don't think I can do full clear Swarm or G&G nor do I can comfortably clear Phantalya boss or abundance dee boss in SU, it's just that good. Now with Aventurine existing in my account finally Gepard can get rest for a bit. The first time I stumbled upon your channel is at 2.0 patch talking about the future 2.1 characters, it helps a lot lmao. Making me sure who to pull. istg if E4 Luofu punching bag coming again in my Robin pulls... I just cope I guess.

Started playing 1 week after official release as I was still reticent as a genshin player. I like HSR a lot and if I had one issue it would be that I want every char in this game, much more than genshin 😂. Have been neither lucky or unlucky so far so I'm spending way more and way more frequently than genshin where i skip a lot.

Maybe it was asked already but if you don’t have Clara why didn’t you use the selector from standard banner on her?

Is it worth buying the 5 lc ? Or should i save for more pull. I'm honestly interested in bronyas' and gepard's lc ( for My aventurine)

By no means am i an expert but i'd advise against rushing the purchase. I feel like gepard's lc is great for aven if you have it, but otherwise you can test him with other options and see if his performance is to your satisfaction. As for bronya, she likes her sig a lot but i feel like its value depends on how sweaty of a gamer you want to be (if you're new I'd personally postpone the decision to buy it). And as a f2p i'd say 30 pulls is generally good if you have gambling addiction. Just remember not to rush the decision and that you can pull lc you've bought later (which happened to me)

I start from the early and then got geparh for first 5 star all become good and then just play for 3 week maybe or month but not really focus after that come the stupid banner kafka I can't get her and after that happen I make two account but same email and them I delete the second account because just want free pull ,accidentally delete both acc and then I quit . Now Re start again from zero but more better cus in 1 week already lvl 31 trial lvl 2 and more luck on this account bcs already got 3 five star(2 standard, 1 limited ice dps) and more than 6 five star and better light .The last ,Today is the first day i meet your channel

1.5 month in, tb 65, acheron, sparkle, bronya, bailu e1 and hemiko, with all 4 star character, standard banner 240 pulls, am really lucky in this game. Best record, 6 5 stars in 70 pulls, seperated in banners afc. only problem is lack of relics and upgrading material, too many charaters need to upgrade

My 50/50 win percentage on both characters and LC is 89% I win almost every time it’s actually disgusting I’ve lost 3 times outta the 100+ times I’ve pulled
