This is probably sound advice for life. You can’t get caught up in the highs and lows of life and missed shots/ opportunities. It’s all a game. 9-5, School, life…you have to keep shooting. Don’t let a small shortcoming stop you from doing you or shooting the ball. You see this in other sports as well. Brady throws picks he even throws them In The super bowl but he could care less because he knows sooner or later the odds are in his favor. Gilbert is a genius. Sound advice for life because sports are a microcosm of life…it’s all the same. Not how you start but how you finish.

@Carl Snell That is a fact. What is also a fact is Russell Westbrook can only perform when he is the number one option and sometimes as the number two. That's why his stats are always good when he plays when his teammates are out. LeBron, AD, now PG and Kawhi. And most of the time it results in losses, since he is the only one available, that's reasonable too. If you watch the game, you know.

If you go 3-17 it depends on the shots and timing to judge if a player is “shooting his team out of a game” because if you end up taking shots you don’t normally take just to get out of a funk then thats bad but if the type of shots are ones you and your team know you take and can make them that’s fine keep firing away. If that’s my teammate I can live with that. Also the kind of coach that helps with that I think is a player coach type

I don't understand McCants stance at all. He talking like Ant is a 5 yr vet wen da kid is only 21. He act like he was leading any team at da age or after that age. And to say D'Angelo Russell shied away wen he had a down 1st half but came out and had a good 2nd half. He's literally da 3/4/5 option on any given night its not like he's "Da Guy" night in and night out. 19 pts from ur 3rd option is what u want. Other guys were n a rhythm y disrupt that jus to gt urs? He's also da PG. Rashad has a immature way of analyzing winning basketball.
