I am doing a deep dive and I am really looking into Green Compass. I am researching for many reasons. I have an autoimmune disease (Lyme and thyroid) and my daughter also has 2 autoimmune diseases Hashimoto's and Lupus which now are attacking her hearing and diagnose of AIED. I work in the natural organics industry and know some CBD brands but yours is really coming in high on my list. I generally suggest people start with the 1000mg Full Spectrum CBD oil of theirs and hold it under the tongue foe 60 seconds for absorption and take it before bed. I hope that helps. As always consult your physician beforehand. As this is not medical device.

I was recommended Mary’s CBD the remedy 500mg, I’m on my second bottle. What is your opinion about this company. Thank you Dr.

Green compass is still around. Try green compass global search. I do not believe they ship to UK however. And no, I apologize but I do not know what’s available in the UK. Even though this video is old, the information and suggestions are still very much valid today.

Is CBD good for anxiety?

I tried cbd for aprox two months..for low back pain...kept getting worse..had x-rays taken...both hips needed hip replacement..both were bone on bone..got both done..thinking about going back on it for maintenance..

In general I suggest people take it for general wellness to keep chronic inflammation down. Cannabinoids are pretty amazing but it’s not going to do much for bone-on-bone. Glad you are doing well now!

Have you heard of Zatural? CBD is more expensive than gold and Zatural seems to have some good prices but they may not check all the boxes. I have heard of Green Compass

Hello Kim. No I have not heard of them. There are soooooo many companies out there but as I mentioned in the video, CBD is something where you get what you pay for. Call the company and ask them the tough questions I mentioned. Or you can just go with Green Compass. Best of luck!

CBD has been shown to be neuroprotectant in studies. I suggest going to google scholar and searching “CBD and Parkinson’s”. You will find plenty of studies discussing it.

I got the certificate of analysis for my organic CBD...how do you read it? Probably a dumb question but I didn't know where else to ask you the question..it was a third party lab I've been on it now again for four months...doing great

Hello! I have seen so many certificates and they can range from being pretty detailed to not very detailed at all. It will typically just show what cannabinoids are in the bottle and to what concentration. I hope that helps. However, even when there is a COA and by a third party you still have to be careful. There was a lab that was shut down for falsifying all their COAs for a CBD company.
