Started with full spectrum CBD for mood, sleep, and pain (mostly for pain) I had surgery on my left toe back in February with alot of post surgical swelling and pain.. With the CBD I still was having pain so I started taking a CBD/THC gummies for breakthrough pain which help. However, this has left me with some side effect of continual feeling of a high state . mostly visual). I am large man (300lbs) and currently losing weight. I have discovered that THC is stored in fat. I am going to switch to a CBD broad to see if I can decrease my THC level. I do plan to return to the full spectrum and be a little more careful With THC products. I am a retired nurse and planning to take a medical cannabis 6 month online program offered by a nearby University. Education and experience is what i hope to gain

  • @DoctorJack16

I hope that over time and with more research the cannabis plant laws, rules and regulations will be changed. That includes the military. The misunderstandings about what is quite possibly the most amazing plant on earth, is the biggest reason why I have done so many videos on cannabis. People need to be educated and only then will there be impactful change. Our veterans deserve the option to use non-intoxicating cannabis as an option for health and wellness issues. Thanks so much for watching and for your comment! 😊

Anecdotal, but when I kinked my back I used both full spectrum and isolate. The isolate also helps. I also make CBD isolate very very strong compared to what is available in retail. For reference I infuse about 10-25 grams of isolate in 1 cup of oil. The isolate oil on my back was magical. Pain went from about a 5-7 to about a 1-3 For clarification I am not a Dr., Scientist, or researcher. Just giving my experience. Experiment for yourself, you may find that isolates and full spectrum have there place and usefulness.

I just started watching your vids. Its refreshing to see that there are Drs like you that are open to alternative treatment. I was on Tramadol for several months before losing wt and having reduced pain. I have spinal stenosis plus other back issues. Since losing weight things have become better. Still there is chronic pain, however no where near what it used to be. I got off the Tram train and that was quite possibly the hardest 10 days of my life. And I don't consider myself a heavy user and used low dose Tram. Im looking at CBD now for long term pain management. V Low dose THC tummies help me sleep and every so often I resort to it for anxiety. Its amazing how weed works assuming it is used property (aka taking weed while on other meds). Thank you for this breakdown. Looks like cbd is the way to go for long term. Love your Tee's. The floppy disk T rules.

Maybe. I am a believer in the entourage effect of the cannabis plant. We have tried to separate cannabinoids in the hope of higher effectiveness but thus far it seems that having the terpenes and flavonoids that come naturally in the cannabis plant creates a synergistic effect with the cannabinoids.

Will taking CDB distort the reading of a SED blood test or any blood test where a doctor is looking for the cause of inflammation in your system?

Technically u r correct but purely due to nomenclature and random THC percentages, there has been a difference made between marijuana and hemp from a legality standpoint in certain states.

Hi Dr. Jack as I have been doing researchs about CBD oil and full spectrum hemp oils. Your explanation has helped me a lot. Just to mention that I bought a CBD oil of 3000mg and tried it. I did helped me controlling my anxiety. but now that I ran out of drops within 10 days of having it bought (30ml bottle). I`m thinking on changing and giving a try to the Full spectrum one mostly because It`s way more affordable. I just got to see that is available to buy a 50.000000mg hemp oil. Question: You think the 50million mg hemp oil is way stronger than the 3k mg CBD oil when it comes for controlling anxiety? Thanks for your response. Aaron

The 50million mg does not refer to the amount of CBD in the product. You won’t be able to find any CBD oil with 50 million milligrams of CBD because that wouldn’t fit in any bottle. I believe the product you’re referring to is most like just a hemp product that lacks the CBD, usually found at online stores me Amazon and Walmart.

Hemp oil is NOT the same and a CBD oil. I will likely do a video comparing the two. The downside of any Cannabinoid at this time is that a high quality product is expensive unfortunately. You get what you pay for.
