Finally some Punjabi and Sikh representation 😭 I'm so glad they touched on the subject of Punjabi music being universally liked, I don't think we get the credit we deserve considering Bollywood borrowed a lot of elements from punjabi music and dance.

Punjabi have been genetically tall coz we used to eat different grains (ragi, bajra etc) not just wheat ...so mainly our diet made us tall 😁

Punjabi people were portrayed as clowns in British Rule, just to "control" and oppress Indians. They've suffered a lot.

7:11 totally misleading information, Punjabis are tall tall because Punjab is situated is one of the most fertile land at the same time Punjab's land is diverse and well irrigated with 5 rivers, means Punjab doesn't have food shortage and look at any littery any punjabi dish all have one thing common, which is dairy products as many Sikhs are vegetarian, so for protein they choose dairy products, and some people might why doesn't Punjab's population is soo less dense compared to any India states dispute being fertile, there are several reasons for that, first education and liberal society, second punjab is gateway to India for afgans, so they witness many many massacres, third is that punjab had land laws from early time, so if someone had many childrens he has to divide his land among them, and more the childrens smaller the proportion, and no parents wants there children to suffer from small land pieces, also Sikhism heavily criticise lust.

Land of five rivers that's why it's Panjab

shame on you not everyone in punjab is a Sikh , I am a hindu punjabi only 56% percent punjabis are Sikhs

@@amritpalsingh474 brother get your facts checked firstly there are 56% Sikhs in punjab and secondly if you say that there are 69% Sikhs in punjab so everyone in punjab can be represented by gurudwaras and sikh religion then In india hindus are 79% and Sikhs only 2% , then acc to your logic these 2% should be neglected and be shown with temples and hindu religion??? brother don't you think even a single person matters we shouldn't even talk about a religion anyone in minority even if he/she is a single lone person has the right to be represented differently than the majority
