So far this is the schedule for our uploads: Thursdays and Sundays: Thursdays are TBA we're still messing with times. Sundays at 12pm video goes up and audio in the podcasts platforms. Can you guys let me know what times would be best for you all! I fucken appreciate you all supporting the change My goal by the end of this year is to have a major podcast that started from a youtuber. I know there are a lot of people on this platform that are coming for that spot but I think we have something unique to offer! We don't need special guests We don't need other people clout We just want real opinions from real people. celebrity or not! Let's get it baby! How are you liking the podcast so far?

Always appreciating your efforts in wanting to do something different than everyone else and offering your viewers something unique! This is what makes things go far and if it blows up, it will really blow up because of its uniqueness! I think Thursdays at 3pm/6pm is cool. Might as well get distracted if I am already watching JKN ;)

I lost about 30 pounds last year but gained it all back and more. The problem was that i starved myself and got sick. I’ve never been able to have a healthy relationship with food, i either starve or binge. Thats my goal this year, i need to have control and get it together. I feel like crap, so wish me luck. Imma do this and david you are a great inspiration to me and i love this podcast!

Wasn't sure about the end of vlogging-David, then food vlogs, now a pod cast I was just up in the air for ages and never really watched them. Now I've watched five 1hr+ vlogs in past two days for the pure enjoyment of the David I watched 8 years ago discussing real situation w honest opinions and (aside from JK familiars) people I've never heard of. Loved it and laughed as much as I used to. Glad I never unsubscribed keep it up mate thanks for doing what you do! x

I was actually able to lose 10-15 pounds while watching David's weight loss journey. I was able to cut out a lot of soda, and processed food and was able to put in a small work out. Now, I feel a lot better about my self. I weigh 195 and I can't wait to lose another 15 pounds.

David I wanna thank you for all these podcasts, I always run to them cause they let me just zone out and go. I got to run 6 miles during this show and have dropped almost twenty pounds just from running and listening. I’ve always wanted to start simple because I heard you on jk news talk about walking and losing weight. I started out not being able to run a mile without stopping. Today I only took two breaks. Thank you David and keep up the great podcasts !!

Workout in the morning fasted (no food in your stomach) Have an 8 hour eating window. Example. 10am to 6pm. Count your calories within the 8 hours and after 6pm don't eat. Only drink water, black coffee, or tea (no milk or sugar) anything under 25 calories keeps your body in its fasted state. You will shred weight so fast within 3 weeks. I promise you.

So this past couple weeks I’ve decided to go back and start working out. I work out from time to time but never consistently and not really eating healthy food. I’m not overweight oddly but I still have a belly and some man boobs and basically little muscle. And I hated how I look and kept my look for a longtime even though I hated it. Right now I’m currently trying to create a habit of just walking. And right after I’m done walking I go to the gym near my place. Doing stair master, treadmill and using dumbbells. And starting Monday I’m gonna try out Muay Thai. And I can honestly say that because of listening to you whether it’s a podcast, watching your Muay Thai insta videos, or funny fat fit (I just started watching those vids) talking about it made me want to actually taking the time to do something about my health and weight. Thank you so much David. You’ve been part of my life since I was 14 and just thank you!

Ik this podcast is old but last March I set out to lose weight and get into shape, and I succeeded, I lost 52 pounds and went from barely being able to jog 1/8 of a mile to running 3 miles straight almost every day. Then, I got a job, I learned how to drive, I started driving school, starting figuring out how to buy a car and so many other things and I gained weight. I didn’t gain all 52 back, and my job is pretty active so I’m sure I gained some muscle, but I can feel I’m out of shape and I can see I’m on my way back to where I was a year ago. Now, I’m starting my journey again, and like I told myself every time I had one more rep or one more lap or one more mile, I did it once, I can do it again.

DAVID! You should know the BTS about the MJ story. Not only was he abused as a child, HE WAS CASTRATED at a young age to give him an edge in his singing career, you should know this. Castration is the explanation to all his behavior, singing, psychology, affinity to children....etc He was basically abused to doge puberty and maintain his high vocal range, as an old-school way for puberty blockers. I think they did it using boiling water or sthg like that. So i dont think he had any sexual urges towards kids, it was strictly a psychosis stemming from castration that made him very childlike and so he related the most to kids and wanted to protect them.

All I've been doing is not eating after 6pm, working out at least 2x a week, and eating low carb (because my usual diet is too carb heavy).
