Its so frustrating because people think you're doing it on purpose and I never knew until I saw a therapist. But now im doing the work it seems like all the hurt has been done to other people.

Giving normal human behavior psychology terms that imply its a disorder is a disorder its self. You don't have disorganized attachment. You have what's called normal behavior. You don't need a therapist, you need a leader or at least a mature relationship with someone to guide you through problems.

I hate this. Can never tell if I'm Avoidant or Fearful Avoidant (Disorganised) 😭😭😭. This video just described me 100%! I'm so done with this crap. I want to be single and alone, while also being in my relationship, which is crazy. I want him, but I want MORE 😭🤦😵💫

Quite the flawed perspective there. You simply give credit to others based on appearances rather than actually connect with them. You run away not because you are afraid of how they will see you but because you realize you don't belong there just because the guy is handsome. Yet, you are in a loop and refuse to look beyond someone's looks. It's quite easy to escape this, but you won't because you feel entitled to having a handsome man more than a man in the true sense. And that kind of stupidity will be fixed either by you setting your mind straight and mature or by going to a psychiatrist for therapy. In summary, this is an easily avoidable situation which you crank up a lot more than it's worth.

Do you find it hard to be in relationships? Do you find it hard to keep friends? I have heard of the first 3 types of attachment but not this one. This sounds like me. Do you ever think you have bipolar or something? Or maybe a highly sensitive person? Any tips on how to self soothe

I think I have disorganized attachment and I’m a highly sensitive person. Haven’t figured out how to self soothe the avoidant tendencies and self sabotage yet 😅
