What is the Max Speed the car can be driven at? It shows in policy that above 125 kmph there is a fine, but in another policy it shows that car may have speed governor limiting till 80kmph. So could you please clarify my doubt? Thanks in advance.

That means Zoomcar allows you to drive their cars till 125, if you exceed that then they will fine you. But recently Govt has restricted the speed limit of all commercial vehicles at 80kmph MAX. so if Police or their cameras will catch you driving beyond 80, then they will fine you but Zoomcar will not.

Does we need one year experience ( minimum 1 year old license) to book a zoomcar. Because other self drive car providers asked it.

Nhi bhai refund With Fuel wale option m milta h, agar aap bharwate ho to. WIthout fuel m koi refund ni h fuel aapko hi bharwana h or aap jitne free kms h utne hi use kr skte ho, uske baad per km ka extra charge bhi dena pdega.

There is an option of with fuel and without fuel. What is that. Both has option of free kms. If I take care with 340km free without fuel and rent for a day is 3000/-, then will zoom car give me fuel till 340km. Will the car have filled fuel or not?

App se trip extend kr lena jitna bhi time or kms extra chahiye. Usually jitna lgta h us se thoda jyada lgega usme, Or nhi to fir late charges or extra kms ka alag se charge lgega joki jyada hoga.

Once your journey is complete, they will refund the amount to you in the same way you paid them.

Sir what is the meaning of free km is they give that much sufficient fuel in the car like u r saying that they give 250 or 300 km free

For all the free kms u take, you can use their fuel for free. n if the fuel will not be sufficient and you’ll need to fill up the fuel, then they will refund you the whole amount.

as much fuel they will provide in the car, you can use that whole. and if you need to refuel the car then they will refund you for that. you will just have to upload the bill/print receipt.

This is not an ethical organization. Last month I booked a zoomcar (JPS6B6NNF) while in karnataka. The app gave 2options - "with fuel" or "without fuel" and with fuel priced 2500rupees and I opted for it. Once i rchd the unmanned pickup spot, the app said I hv to fillup fuel myself & to just upload the 'receipt' for refund. uploaded the printed receipt with fuel detail. After 1 month, they are asking for manual receipt to process refund of rs1786, neither they will return extra rs2500 (withfuel)

Is there any minimum age for booking or DL is enough??
