My refund of 20k was pending since 3 months.. so in next booking I didn't return the car unless my refund is done.. on doing this I got my refund the very next day..

Zoomcar people usually charge car damage charge even your car is damaged or not . I was in Bangalore and my friends suffered so many times

Such companies must be pulled up by the govt and fined heavily on a case by case basis the fines must be big enough in each case do that the company does not do such scams in the future.

Simple method to cover deposit..don't pay rent for the month you want to return vehicle..zoom will adjust deposite..infact during lockdown days they gave discount and emi for rent..

Booked many time but never faced a single issue.. Deposit goes on hold if something happens to vehicle like accident or something like that..

Bahut acha kaam kar rahe ho app loan app wala bhi acha kam kiya tha real ground reporting karte ho .

All big companies of all shades and business are doing the same thing in different ways .

Bangalore mein drivezy bahut achcha service deta hai

My zoom car experience is very well. I have booked 2 times . But they were not take any deposit.but they fined 500 first time as traffic violence and second time 650 as low fuel efficiency.

I am also waiting my refund since 30 march 2020, my booking was even cancelled by zoomcar.

My experience with Zoom car is different. For first time only they took Rs. 5000 deposit and refunded. Then nothing next time. All other transactions were smooth. I think there should be some problem in particular branch or from customer side.

If you phase any issues in booking please share the booking id please

Indian judicial system should take immediate action towards such companies working in india and they are lot more companies involved in such malfunction practices otherwise it would take negative consequences on consumer behaviour
