It's situational for me. I've noticed that when i'm anxious, I tend to tense up and strain my vocal cords that it makes my voice crack or have vocal fry

Seems like it's on the last word Horrible tone, sounds like crap

Finally somebody answered what the hell this is. It’s the Kim K. style of speaking! ugh, never liked watching the show because of how they speak! Met a woman who spoke like this, i couldn’t stand her.

I never knew her untill 2023. No tv , no phone , no news paper .done lots of work and become more productive . Plastic ppl any way .

@@kafukamura yup! In the USA it has to do with girls personality. When you listen to a girl talking like that, it is because that girl has a "I don't give a fuck" personality which is pretty annoying along with their voice. I know you girls from Philippines are not like that.🤗

It is used by men as well, but people find it more annoying when women do it, people don't seem to care if a guy does it. Probably because a deeper voice is typically seen attractive on a man and not on a woman.
