Bane is also of Spanish Descendent or orgins(for those that didnt know).. Venom is actually an outcast or loser on his homeworld(and he choose to bond with Peter,DeadPool and Eddy Brock..) I don't know for sure but Carnage is supposedly the son of Venom(his host is named Cassidy)and he's way stronger than venom and Spider-Man combined..

Bruce gets taken by surprise against Bane and he knocks him,opens a casket tjan kicks Bruce in the krypt buried literally inside with both the remains of his father and mother)

Bane is a really great Villain, easily one of the best characters among Batman's Villains. However, he is just absolutley not in the same league as Venom. He is absolutley terrifying within the streets of Gotham City, but put him in the same streets as Spiderman, and Venom would most certainly beat him with relative ease.

He is way more than just a guy in a symbiote now. He is a fucking god now! Also, I wonder what will happen with his son Dylan, being the new Venom.

If I remember correctly, the only reason people wanted these two to fight was because both characters used a substance named venom. Other than that, there's no other similarity between the two. This is actually something you need to remember about Death Battle, they don't just pick characters out of random. They either pick a match up that so many people want to see (Goku vs Superman), or ones that have a similar theme to them (Kirby vs Buu = pink monsters).

I mean the wiki says that "The connections between Venom and Bane is that they're both are brutes and one of the top adversaries of the main heroes (Batman & Spider-Man), and have mentally and physically overcome them. Venom and Bane’s whole origin stories revolve around Spider-Man and Batman respectively. These two superheroes had shaped Venom and Bane into who they are today, and both grew a deep hatred to both heroes due to how they affected the course of their life.

they're also both obsessed with their adversary as a personal goal and have a strong moral code.. albiet a very twisted one. and are both chemically dependent on their source of power to the point where they've had withdrawal storylines. and movie bane also had a whole 'thing' about hiding in the dark, which matche's venom's invisibility.

Venom/Bane Similarities -Both characters are incredibly muscular -Both characters possess abilities or skills that match that of the heroes they fight (Bane, like Batman, has pushed his body and mind to the brink of human mental and physical conditioning and Venom possess all of Spider-Man's powers) but both are also much stronger. -Both characters were created during the Dark Age of comics around roughly the same time (Venom debuted in 88 while Bane debuted in 93) -Both are relatively new additions to their respective superhero rogues galleries but have managed to become iconic despite not being classic characters. -Both characters were introduced as villains but have also been antiheroes. -Bane is addicted to the drug, venom. The Venom symbiote is sometimes written as a drug metaphor and is sometimes addictive to its hosts. That being said, another Spider-Man counterpart for Bane is Kraven the Hunter.

Bane is one of my favorite villains ever, but this fight was just sooooo unfair, they're not even close to be on the same level, maybe, maaaaaybe, if Bane had time to prepare and strategize against Venom, he could've won, he's like Batman in that aspect, better when he has time to make a plan.

Maybe, but prep time is an explicit no no when it comes to Death Battle. The fighters are meant to encounter and thus fight each other without knowing anything about each other prior to the fight unless they)ve met in actual canon.

The funny thing is, when Deadpool bonded first with the Venom symbiote, he actually wanted it *off* so that his insanity wouldn't affect it. Also, despite how bad Venom is, Carnage is worse - because he bonds on a cellular level, and is even more powerful It even lasted to annoy another Spider-Man all the way in 2099

to be fair, carnage HAS left him before. one time he tried to take over the hulk... but forgot something pretty critical about the source of hulk's powers.

Yeah, you watched Tigerzord vs Gundam Epyon, but that was more of a 1v1, this next fight is a 5v5, the OG Mighy Morphin' Megazord vs the original 80's cartoon Voltron.

15:52 Spiderman is stronger than most other "enhanced" superheroes like Captain America and The Winter Soldier, but he's not stronger than more strength focused heroes like the Hulk or Thor. Spidey holds back all the time because he can easily kill a person with single punch to their body or head. Bane displays strength at least on the level of Spiderman

idk if i would agree i dont see Bane holding back and he punches Batman and the bat family around and the most damage i recall him doing is breaking Batman's spine those are normal humans without super durability and the most he could do with punches is break bones (now that isnt to say one of his punches wouldnt be deadly if it landed right) now Spider-Man is something else, in "Superior Spiderman" a casual punch thrown out of annoyance by Doc Oc in Spidey's body (that he didnt hold back on) was enough to RIP OFF Scorpion's Jaw, Scorpion has incredible durability due to his suit which according to the Marvel Power Scale is at a 5, thus hes WAY more durable than an average human (i mean he's bullet proof for Thor's sake)

@@VirtueCry and yet everyone (who didnt have any powers) who was hit by that strength managed to walk away with at worst some broken bones Batman, the robins, the batgirls even some of batmans other rogues I never denied that Bane's punches were strong or lethal I just disagreed that he was "as strong or stronger than Spider-Man"

Venom is one of Spider-Man's most powerful and dangerous villains. Second only to Venom's own offspring, Carnage, who is *_ungodly_* terrifying, but you'll see more of him later.

Even crazier thing about the Symbiotes is that each consequent generation starts of more and more powerfull then the last This normally wouldn't be a problem since, like they said, they're normally a peacefull race But a corrupted Symbiote like Venom has a high chance of spawning an offspring that's even more violent and crazy like Carnage, so that's a HUGE yikes....

This was no contest. Venom could have switched bodies if he needed to. Raw strength means literally nothing against Venom, you can't injure Venom with simple physical attacks.

its literally like trying to punch sludge that being said you forget Venom needs a host and that host CAN be harmed by physical attacks Venom cannot survive for long without a host, and it bonds with said host, it wouldnt just "switch bodies" easily

Hahahaha. Yes Sub-Zero is from Mortal Kombat and he is the enemy of Scorpion… until he wasn’t and Scorpion swore to protect Sub-Zero because he realized Sub-Zero wasn’t the guy who murdered his family. It’s kind of this whole thing. XD Gladius is from Killer Instinct (previous battles you saw with KI characters were Riptor, Kilgore, and Black Orchid). He’s an alien that also manipulated ice. Captain Marvel vs Android 18 is rife with research failure. I don’t understand why but the DB team simply CANNOT get Dragon Ball character’s research right. They straight up give her abilities she doesn’t even have. XD Metal Sonic vs Zero is one I was super hyped for, but the battle animation isn’t very good sadly. The sound design is the worst, and the visuals are only adequate in most parts.

God one of my favorite Spider-Man villains vs one of my favorite Batman villains. Neither are my true favorite but damn it when this fight came out I was EXCITED. Spider-Man is FAR more my childhood than Batman. So I’m always pleased to see a character show up. Kyle what superheroes do you have a past with? Mine was the 90s Spider-Man. Which is where most of the cartoon footage came from.

The evolution story of Marvel's most enigmatic, complex and badass character - Venom!

With venom 2 coming out in a few months, death battle just helped set u up for venom 1 if you're interested. I'd recommend it. Tom Hardy gives a stellar performance.

It's was funny you mentioned Hellsing Abridged. Because the voice actor that plays Enrico Maxwell for Hellsing and Cooler in the DBZA movies, is voicing Bane in this.

Liked the video simply for the intro about what you stand for and not wanting a company to completely flip what you and to do with your channel on its head.

To be very clear: Venom and all other Symbiotes/Klyntar are NOT parasites, it's litterally in the name, they're symbiotic with their hosts, they both benefit from eachother, not parasitic, if they were then Venom would just devour Eddie and not help with anything, instead of eating OTHER things with phenethylamine in it, like chocolate. Being parasitic would actually be counterproductive considering Klytar are normally pretty vulnerable without a host.

Fun fact, there was an arc where Bane found information that brought the possibility his father was actually Thomas Wayne, making him and Batman half siblings. During that time Bane actually helped Batman fight crime in Gotham. Until they got the results back and disproved the possibility.

I have a theory that it's an unspoken rule of Death Battle (or universe in general) that anytime there's a DC vs Marvel battle, in 90% cases DC character wins... unless it's a member of the Bat family and/or member of Batman's villains list, then in 90% cases they lose.

Voltron was the Prototype for the Super Sentai series aka Power Rangers and every other mech show that has robots that fuse into one larger robot

The worst is when a reactor puts half a show up normally and the other half behind a paywall and you do not find out until you get to the wall. I found out that was a thing when looking for reactions to Drifters.

the last power rangers was white ranger/tigerzord vs the 6th gundam. the upcoming is power rangers in their megazord (when their zords aka mechs combine). Voltron was a cartoon from the 80s that had same premise. 5 people in bright colored costumes fighting giant aliens. they each controlled a giant lion mech....then would combine into Voltron. the last episode of rick and morty spoofed it

Did you know Bane was in Batman beyond as a old person that is totally disabled ♿ and permanently in the hospital unable to move and skinny and weak by the negative effects of tthe drugs he was on.

Yeah this is one of the more one sided fights. If given knowledge and prep time, Bane may have stood a slightly better chance but even then there's not a whole lot Bane could really do.

I would imagine the reasons for this battle being conceived are: "Well, one is a guy that gets super strength from a drug called Venom while the other is a guy with super strength NAMED Venom." They announced it, then realized too late that this is probably the most unfair matchup they've ever done.

Normally, when it comes to Marvel vs DC, I go DC. But Venom is my favorite Marvel character ever. I love Bane, and he's one of my favorite Batman characters, but he never stood a chance against Venom.

Duck, why are you assuming Eddie was bad when he was publicly shamed, he wasn't bad from the start, he had one of the tragic-comic book backstories ever. Before he became Venom and right before his father disowned him, he was strict with Eddie because his (the father's) wife died in childbirth, Eddie was drowned to guilt because when he was a teenager, he stoled his dad's car and accidentally ran over/killed a kid, was fired by the Daily Bugle (which is a journalism company that Spider-man was working as a photographer) because of Spidey, got into a divorce, being disowned, and worst of all, he had adrenal cancer (which is kidney cancer). Don't you feel bad for the guy? 😢

If you ask me, this was the worst animated DB. I lot of clips were cut out, but never fixed, so it is hard to find the unedited version where the scenes make sense. Also, way too dark and too many unnecessary zooms.
