I heard that Albert Einstein once said as a student that darkness is actually absence of light, cold is absence of heat, we need to change our perspective. When we can prove existence of something, when we can measure it. When can we measure something, when we have the right tool / instrument / equipment / device to sense it, we have only 5 senses and that to limited, we can only see a certain spectrum of light, we can only listen certain decibel / frequency of sound, animals are better than us at all senses like smell, taste and touch. So as Mr. Lakhani said, without knowing ourself and our limitations, we cannot overcome them and reach Him who is both zero and infinity.

And another important thing to keep in mind, if you see a creation, their is a creator.

poorvesh mistry...... how do u understand that that you are looking at a creation ? It is the people around you who have conditioned you to decide everything is a creation

+Ahmed Miyan, Forget about the so-called "soul" and "God"! Please pose to yourself and attempt to answer these questions:"DO I EXIST"? Admittedly, you cannot deny your own existence, as the very denial affirms your existence. The next questions are: "THEN, WHO AM I"? 'AM THIS BODY, WHICH I VERY MUCH PERCEIVE?" It is also a fact that you see your body, which means that "You are the subject and your body is the object"! This, in turn, means that you can't be the body, as you cannot be both the subject and its object at the same time! The same way, you have to pose questions about the "senses", "mind", "Intellect", and take an inward journey! This is what is "saadhana"!

Manduka Upanishad says that size of soul is equivalent to cross section of hair cut into 100 pieces and that one piece further cut into 100 pieces. The final piece is the size of soul.

Read Bhagavat Gita as it is. Google Prabhupadasbooks.com......Chapter 2 has 72 verses that analysize the soul. NO OTHER BOOK gives this explanation
