Mr Lakhani, this is a beautiful exposition. However, please make the difference bet the Western linear conception of time and the cyclic one in Hinduism. (The Kriya Yoga of Babaji explains that the cycles/ yugas are in fact much shorter: 24,000 years with one Kali lasting 1200 years. Us today being in year 319 ascending Dwapara... They explain exactly how the error of the exagerated length of the yugas happened). So why could Rama not be using “a gillette-like razor blade” if he was in a Satya or a Treta yuga? I think Rama lived somewhere around 6500 years ago. That would have been the end of a descending Treta. A pretty awesome time to live in!. The monolithitic temple of Siva (for which some kind of advanced computer science was needed to carve it out) was carbon dated to 32,000 years in the past. Technology that we do not have today. But it seems to me that you tend to present things in the Western thinking ...such as, we’ve always been at bows and arrows... and somehow this past 1000 years was significant... and here we are beautiful and intelligent... A book I’d recommend: “Holy Science” by Sri Yukteswar Giri.

I like what you say about the clash of civilisations.. so true especially when you look at the terrible relationship between USA and Russia in July 2018,currently worse now than when there was a cold war.China and USA relationship is in a bad way also with the trade war escalating.Integration and assimilation in Europe.. the Swedish dentist fired for saying approximately 80% of the children were adults. Perhaps this planet needs fresh stock.People don't seem to be interested in Spiritual Development.People nowadays are not much interested in The Upanishads and even less interested in Metaphysics.Even with modern communications the members of certain groups on the internet have only a miniscule number of members and some of their comments make my eyebrows go up.I look forward to your next talk.

Watch Part 1 first. Here's a gist of Part 2. The story starts with the conversation between Nachiketa and Yama, the God of Death. The conversation explores the evolution of Hinduism from a material/yagna/ritualistic origin and its progression towards the esoteric/spiritual. Nachiketa wants to know the Eternal Truth and Yama reveals the idea of Atman and Brahman. It is incredible that the religion allowed the flexibility to start with rituals and then accommodate newer ideas that were relevant to the current time. The different Avatars in Hinduism were the legends of their time who understood the need of the hour and contributed to the development of the religion. Rama Avatar was the epitome of living for others. Krishna helped break out of the stuffy rituals and brought the focus back to the people. The idea of Atman and Brahman identifies the notion that we humans are spiritual beings in this physical body. Therefore, it is important that we keep our focus on helping others and not get too caught up in the rituals. Buddha followed Krishna and the spread of Buddhism coincided with the Golden Age where the arts and sciences flourished and people were upright citizens. The foreign visitors recognized India as an amazing place of culture with highest moral standards. The story continues...

Dr. David Frawley is a good resource. Maybe going to a Hindu temple and talking to them would help. There are temples which help English speakers and some West Indian Hindu temples have a significant portion of their congregation who may not know any INdian languages. There is no conversion or baptism ceremony. 🙏🏾

Lakahani is a modern messiah with a message to embrace Hinduism ! And if you are asking what is Hinduism, please read up or listen. Our only deliverance is embracing the teachings of Hinduism else suffering is imminent yet avoidable but sadly rejected by ignorant selves!

There were people that followed Christ but there were many many many people that rejected him in his time so actually because he said that he saw his father our Lord God and Heaven he actually got persecuted and was called a blasphemer. The Pharisees and the Jewish authorities said that he was committing blasphemy. Now as an Eastern Catholic I can certainly say that he was not but my point is not everyone in his time obviously liked the teachings of Jesus I mean you have to think they flogged him they crucified him they beat him but was it really them that killed Christ or was it our faults in our sins?

You are missing what Jesus the rabbi was actually teaching. Read His sayings. Read His words. Do NOT rely upon theologist's interpretations. Jesus was a teacher of nonduality. As is the Kabbalah in Judaism. In Hinduism, it is called "Advaita Vedanta." If you believe in Christianity, you are lost. If you follow the teachings of the rabbi, you will find liberation from "sin." Guilt is not the right motivator for salvation. Guilt keeps your thoughts on you. Guilt is selfishness. If you must reconcile with God, then do that. That reconciliation, if done correctly, is forever. And guilt will no longer steal your energy. The world seems dual. It is not. Find that out, and suffering will end. And all your energy may then be devoted toward others.

@@pillettadoinswartsh4974 💯💯💯😍🥰🥰😍😍💯💯💯💯💯this was todo el mundo priceless amazingly said .... I ......i mean purely what i have been trying to articulate beautifully said.....i was raised by the state a protestant Christian forced to be close to the church i really do understand the bible but its soo many things wrong with the history i couldnt ignore get it am i follwing a false god?? I thought....i was tricked to be alone with god my whole life suffering......alone banished as a kid by cops and forced to run in the world guessing im basically autistic diagnosed but really just stupid...... I learned that god wanted me dead in my early like thru just what i was born around it makes no sense.....as far as how bad life was but i understand cause n effect now...... i understand adi shankara teachings i think his way prolly is the true way even tho he is the enemy more then likely....i was doing martial arts n studying there languages aswell as history the Japanese ..... History goes back n im aware of it thru the traditional arts anyways bushido code is a mix of doism Buddhism and confuois ......i learned thru terrvada Buddhism bout adavaita vendeta n my mind feel soo muh at ease im not always exploding ..... It was drastically reduce my fear of hell and my cognition of being indifferent...... I think Christianity aswell as the english langauge we are legit taught to describe stuff in parts of speech then say a noun i think our languages helps keep us tricked aswell..... Both religions and philosophy i noticed was the same both are a eternalized thoughts .....basically a belief is no different then a religion and and so i noticed that clearly Japanese learned chinese canons and pali they became a formidable nation they have beaten china korea and well was bullying some folks they was very aware of was going on down here ..... I heared of the mecry goddess thru learning karate as a kid ...it was a pic of her on there .....crazy tho ur so right about what u noticed about christatian i pray that we all can get true knowledge in this life or da next💯💯

Very good. However Buddha founder of Buddhism is not Hindu Avatara as per Shankaracharya ji as well as Bhagwan Purana . It is. it is Buddhist usurpation of Avatara for similar named person.
