Isn't it amazing how the state police and prosecutors let this known misconduct go on all the way through the trial, then... chose not to address it, until the trial was over?!? Just as a matter of judicial fairness, I would say that the entire investigation was corrupted by the actions and prejudice displayed Trooper Proctor, those who also engaged in such related actions, and those who chose to look the other way. Therefore, I fail to see how a retrial serves the purpose of justice in this case, as its entire investigative foundation was built on tainted personal animosity and prejudice. JUST SAYING...
