What is the IngramID Program and How Does it Help Sell Books?
IngramID is a new program from IngramSpark that will help authors advertise their books on Google and Facebook platforms. With access to their verified reader audiences, you should be finding more success trying to sell a book than you may find if you just run ads with no clear audience. That ad did not perform very well. I am going to run one with a simple graphic and see if that works ... otherwise my summary video is going to be don't do it! :)

This sounds like an interesting service. I will be watching your results closely to see if I want to take advantage of it. I have heard that putting ads on FB are not as widely viewed as they are if you were to put them on KDP. I am just now putting my big toe into this advertising water so all information is very valuable to me as I swim my way around. Thank you.

I'm going to try the ads one more time before I post my summary but so far the summary is 'it didn't do anything' :) Thank you for commenting the day a video was released! I write scifi thriller so im good.
So, I have put my book on KDP, Apple, KOBO, and B&N. Should I still use Ingram? Can I have Ingram not duplicate my book on the platforms where it already is? (Video links at the end are missing.)

Oh!! Yes they are thank you for letting me know. And yes, you can put your book on Ingram as long as you are using the same ISBN for each format across each platform it should be ok. They may request proof of copyright

I've been trying to figure out how to break it down but I will be shooting the update in a week or so. I did a second round of ads to be sure ... the short answer is that it didn't have great results.
