It's really quite simple - the green check mark is the app telling you that you have maxed out your earning potential for Loyalty Points for the day! This is true for all apps except Konami Slots, which will show a greyed out Loyalty Points meter to indicate that you have maxed out for the day.
But don't worry!
You can still redeem free chips to rack up coins for the next day's gaming, and by tomorrow you won't see the green check mark anymore and you can start earning more Loyalty Points to redeem for awesome rewards!
