So having read your article on this and listen to this video I've come up with this The glory of God is his character and being manifested in the highest level ideas humans are cognitively capable of. Please tell me if I am wrong.

You are partially correct. It's true that the glory of God is His character, but it's also His creative ability, amongst other things. When you see a beautiful sunset or mountain or meadow, etc., it speaks to God's creative ability, and that speaks to His glory. I would be careful about thinking it has to do with "the highest level ideas humans are cognitively capable of" because that attributes God's glory to man's mind.
