I sent it back because of this…. Some people have mthfr issues and can’t take synthetic vitamins. I do think his products are amazing otherwise and super thankful there are more holistic options for hairloss now.

Hi, I received the bottle of Advanced Trichology Nutra M Hair Revitalizer serum. I was looking at the ingredients on the package and the 1st ingredient is; Alcohol, that surprised me a lot. Next there are 6 more ingredients, then Melatonin is # 7 and Niacin is # 8. Isn't alcohol drying? How much melatonin and niacin is in each bottle. Thank You.

You should stop Saw Palmetto when you are pregnant and you should consult your OB/GYN about the use of Saw Palmetto while actively trying to get product

I’m only 24 and started experiencing hair loss almost two years ago, starting at the crown. I went to the dermatologist last year after it didn’t go away and was told I had CCCA which I already suspected. All she recommended was steroids and antibiotics. I didn’t do those. Now I have painful bumps all over the scalp that never go away which is not even a symptom of CCCA. I’m trying to find another way to treat this problem...the pain from the inflammation greets me everyday and it is depressing

Have you gotten a blood test for Vitamin D3 and Ferritin? You should use the topical steroid for now to at least partially control the situation.

Thank you so much for your response Dr! I finally decided to do the topical steroid and it has really helped with the inflammation pain! One time the flare up was beginning and I put it, and immediately the pain dissipated. I will try the vitamin D test. I took the hair quiz on the site as well and want to start using the products.

I disconnected birth control pills I had a lot of hair loss now I’m back on it and I have telogen effluvium again is this drop will work for that? ( I use birth control pills as a hormone replacement for early ovarian failure )

@@amommyof2637 My old hair stylist told me allegedly if you pull out a strand or find one that has fallen out, and there is no bulb at the end, the follicle has 💀 died. The bulb is the tiny round thing that is on one end of the strand coming from the root 🌱 of the scalp 🍀.

@@WilliamGaunitzTrichologist great videos btw. My issue has been for years my scalp has itched and even bleed ( when i don't scratch it ). So I'm damaging my scalp and breaking hair from rubbing it so often. my hair doesn't really fall out in the shower or even if I massage it with coconut oil. the top of my scalp is showing through my hair but with it being long and curly almost looks ok with my decent hairline for my age.... the main issue is the itching just drives me insane and i've been taking d3, zinc, copper, and using all natural shampoos and conditioners with all the nutrients and none of the bad stuff, including bpa phthalates and more. letting them absorb for 7+ minutes. using products with cyclic acid and ketoconazole. get lots of bumps and ingrown hairs. I apologize for the trauma dump but i don't even know where to go for this or if my insurance even covers it...
