We're talking about Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). What is DHT? How does DHT get elevated in the body? and what you can do to strategically lower DHT levels and why it matters.
When elevated, DHT can cause hair follicles to shorten and reduce
their lifespan, resulting in hair loss. For women, elevated levels of DHT can cause abnormal hair growth
(hirsutism), infertility, PCOS, and hormonal acne. Unfortunately the medications can drive unfavorable impact on

    But how much of these nutrients would you need to consume to really reap a benefit for decreased DHT conversion? I think its good to support yourself nutritionally but what results can you really expect without medication?
