What do they show? they show that at the time the earth was coldest, "snowball earth", or greatest ice age, the CO2 levels were over 20x what they currently are, at over 7000ppm (0.007%), they show that the average is about 3000pp, and it shows that at the end it takes this NOSE DIVE down to about 250 ppm, where it stayed until about a hundred years ago when it rose ever so slightly to the current level, 405ppm. At no point in the chart can you establish a correlation between CO2 levels going up and temperature going up.'

One of the biggest changes in Washington needs to be how people are chosen for these important departments managing our countries infrastucture and our natural resources. Whenever I see these hearings they seem to be a waste of time, we ask questions no one seems to know the answers to or else they say, I can't answer that as every response. What are we paying them for, this would never be acceptable in our corporations or on everyday citizens jobs, you would be fired. So many of these postions are filled with political hires, people get high paying jobs for supporting, donating to or other IOU's, not because they are qualified. I am an everyday citizen and I would fire half of the people I see speaking to Congress on behalf of the citizens. This woman has evaded every question asked of her with roundabout answers that answer nothing.

Our filthy gvt has been torturing and killing our helpless pets and loved ones, using our devices. Many yrs ago, my little short haired blk and tan mini doxy started having violent seizures every month. We took him to vet aftervet and they gave him meds that didn't help. I changed his diet, changed his water, and nothing helped. Sometimes the seizures were so bad he almost died, and we had to rush him to the vets to save his little life. I always cried and prayed when he had these seizures, because it hurt me so deeply to see my baby suffer so bad. Well, about a yr ago, my husband and I were sitting here in our living room and we heard his cell ph make a strange, hi pitched but quiet noise it never made for any reason, and IMMEDIATELY my dog started having seizures! I have been targeted over 30 yrs and never thought that the sick freaks could be deliberately CAUSING the seizures, BUT THEY WERE! I couldn't believe that someone could be so heartless and cruel that they could do such a horrific thing to a helpless little dog!! But they DID! The seizures stopped that day, and a week later my babydog went BLIND. I was heartbroken AGAIN, to see my bay walk into walls, fall down stairs (till we blocked them) and get lost behind a door or the couch!! HEART BREAKING!! His little organs swelled up inside of his belly, and the vet said it was his pancreas. My baby got very sick a couple weeks before Thanksgiving. He was vomitting, had the runs, and refused to eat for me. He was being SHOCKED every hour, night and day, and neither of us could get much sleep. I busted agents AGAIN, using the speakers on this PC to put out FREQUENCIES, hurting my little boy! I unplugged the speakers and then busted them again, using the built in speakers to emit these dangerous frequencies!! I shut down the pc and could still hear a high pitched whine coming directly from the MONARCH TOWER LLC across the street! My baby got so sick he couldn't even lift up his little head anymore and he died in my arms THANKSGIVING DAY about 4pm. I AM HEARTBROKEN and I miss my babydog terribly! THE SICK FREAKS TORTURED AND KILLED HIM just as the had the three prior to him before I realized what they were doing to us!! They are doing these horrific things to HURT US. They are sick satanist freaks who ENJOY hurting helpless, innocent people and animals that cannot defend themselves! Let me also say that they tested other bioweapons on us as well, which cost the life of my longhaired doxy, and nearly cost my life as well, a couple yrs ago. The sick freaks have put nanotech systems in the shots, masks, tests and swabs, and then using the towers to manipulate and control those systems inside the victims. Their job isn't to actually know anything their agency knows. Their job as 'heads' is to just make sure everyone below them is working. Anytime you hear Congress call a head of an agency, they're calling the least knowledgeable person available. They do this so they can NOT get answers, point at them and blame them, look good to their constituents, get absolutely nothing done and waste tax payer money.

Rep. LaMalfa knows his district like the back of his hand. He is very knowledgeable about all of the relevant issues there. This "challenged" woman should have stayed as a backbencher in Congress. She is obviously waaay over her in her current job. She must know that she was selected to check a box. This is a sad situation, both for Sec. Haaland and our country. She is a microcosm for this entire incompetent, corrupt administration.

Next question: Of all CO2 emitted into the atmosphere each year, how much of it is from man-made causes (globally) vs how much is from natural causes? My searches reveal that humans are responsible for between 3% and 5% of ALL CO2 emissions each year, the other 95% to 97% is from natural causes. You can then split that human contribution to how much from each country, and further split it by what economic sector (power generation, industry, homes, transportation, etc.) From the transportation sector, you can further split the US contribution to air transport, ship transport, rail transport, or vehicle transport. For the vehicle, further split to business and personal, trucks and cars. All personal cars put together make up such a small part of the total CO2 emissions one has to wonder why it is a concern, and if it is worth destroying our country to reduce it.

Really should stop the flying there , there is 0.004% of CO2 in the atmosphere not very high level the CO2 is vital for all plant life to be able to grow and produce oxygen for us to live , Now you're talking about CO ,CO is the result of the burning of oil and gas even the CO levels are not that bad and they do not cause over all long term global warming green house temperature rise like they want to claim, CO2 is vital for life on this disk

I'm not a scientist or public official - just a poor immigrant from Eastern-Europe - and I know the level of CO2 in atmosphere is less than 1% - actually about half that. I believe Nitrogen is almost 80% and Oxygen about 20%. The rest are tiny % of 'inert' gases! I'm more qualified for her position than she is - and I didn't even complete the college!

It's 0.04%. That's why they always use PPM values since most of their base has no clue as to how much CO2 is in the atmosphere. The last time people were asked what the atmospheric percentage of CO2 is in a committee the answers started at 4% and ranged up from there meaning the closest answer was out by two orders of magnitude.
