Love to see it thanks man! Please cover AQST stock if you get time. They have price targets of $12,16 and 24 now which is a little crazy. Maybe it can hit $6 again. It was at $6.40 then they got rejected for libervant in 2021 and now it looks like it will be approved in a few months guys
I love this product it melts like hash you can sprinkle it in a bowl like pixie dust and I am a firm believer that it adds horsepower or the Entourage effect is more whole head. I have a very strong tolerance and when I mix this product it does set me back a touch giving me the desired medicated effects.
If you buy from a smoke shop and get thca, get pulled over and it’s still in the purchased container not opened. Would you still get arrested? What about the business responsible for selling the product

if THCA is legal in your state then it's legal to possess no matter how high the percent of THCA is

I never cared for the thc a or delta 8 flower before until I did some research. I just got some thc a & they did not fail me lol (chief Stix & Float) are great brands so far! Definitely try them if u can.

Depends.If you got some nast old gas station junk,it will be harsh and weak.If you order from a grower,like Flow Gardens,you will get some damn good weed.

In a truly free country, all of this would be legal regardless.

so if i take thca orally, it shouldn't cause psychoactive effects or a high? however if i smoke thca, it'll cause psychoactive effects because its being heated?

Yes if you heat it up it will get you high if you eat it raw it won't. If you decarbonate it and eat it yeah it will get you high.

Essentially you can purchase it but it is what you do with that gets you in trouble lol. You can own thca but once hit or smoked is it then illegal in illegal states

It's legal you can't go to jail for it it's passed as hemp because it has no thc in it when really it does but since it's marked as thca it passes. I tell the cops it's thca and as far as i know it's legal when really it's weed. It's legal in texas. Weed ain't but thca is which is good ol ganja
That it is still legal to buy in Alabama is crazy to me. I bet the state lawmakers want to criminalize it.

You have to think of the tax it generates, these states are just now realizing how much $ they’ve lost out on by the prohibiting of cannabis and that’s without THCa being sold under a medical/recreational license, once the grubby law makers catch on and start taking recreational sales at 10% or higher added on top of regular tax I bet people will start going back to the black market if they have a good source

@@gritted Because according to the law its "under .03 percent regular thc" which ONLY LEGALLY makes its hemp, but as we all know when you smoke regular weed thc-a turns into normal thc. Regular weed often does have pretty close to no thc and mostly thc-a but just a bit more than what can be sold and shipped....say .04 to 1 percent. This loophole is allll about legal definitions.

Oh please! This is such BS. All cannabis has an entourage of cannabis compounds. THC-A may dominate but you will never find there to be only that compound. There will always be some % of other compounds in there.

@@nathanielsingleton6302or maybe they’ve figured out a way to commercialize cannabis while creating a plant that is lacking the entourage effect you are talking about due to specific genetic breeding, no THCa I order gets me fried like bud used to, it has a relaxing effect but none of them get me fried and mind fuck me like good weed used to, maybe I’ve grown older and my tolerance has just grown but I swear the THCa high is a little lack luster compared to some really good cannabis I’ve had in years past… also it’s really hard to find THCa that isn’t muted. When I was young I’d grab an Oz of OG and that stuff would make my whole house smell, nowadays if you order OG you’ve gotta stuff your nose in the bag to smell anything crazy…. Great cannabis is out there but finding it being sourced online legally is something I’m skeptical of
