I live in Texas and this is how it is here. I can’t tell a difference between quality THCa bud and normal bud at all. It’s awesome that it’s pretty much “legal” here and in most other states now. If you’re caught driving in Texas with THCa flower, you’ll be okay if: 1. Your bud is still sealed in the original container the dispensary put it in 2. You have the receipt with the date, showing you bought it in Texas. 3. Most dispensaries or smoke shops also give you a paper stating that it is “hemp” and “contains less than %0.3 THC” I’ve never been actually pulled over (and searched) to test this, however a lawyer confirmed it and told it this should indeed protect you in court.

I own a THCA dispensary in New York it's what we can sell while waiting on our cannabis license. It allows us to sell good bud. There is no difference at all. We only carry the highest percentages available so even though you lose a little potency when decarboxylation occurs the actual THC content is still high 24%+

I actually work a small cannabis store in north Carolina (not recreationally legal) and we have over 50 different cultivars of thca flower and every flower custom we have we give them a small "get out of jail free card" or "hallpass" and it is just a short legal disclaimer for law enforcement, just saying that "this is hemp, not marijuana" and the cops around here don't seem to mind

The tiniest mold Spore can spread to the rest of the bud quickly and you don't want to be smoking that stuff. Thca is generally harvested earlier than regular cannabis. Thus making it more susceptible.

Concentrates are 100% natural. 0 additives/chemicals or anything at all but straight weed. Now I live in Canada where the dispensaries can 100% be trusted to supply a safe, genuine and natural product since cannabis sales are federally regulated. It’s not only the USA. I was in Prague recently and saw lots of THCA products out there as well as normal bud and THC products.

Not all but most. I live in Missouri where they list both THC percentage and THCA percentage on the label. I’d say about 50% of the flower I get from the dispensaries are listed as the THC being below. 0.3%, and could in fact be sold legally in any state. While some batches it has the THC listed as high as 3-5%. Which means it would not be legal to sell nation wide

You have a good point about getting caught but actually because of how the law is stated, once that flower is listed as “hemp”, it can’t be tried as normal flower. They’ve had to create new testing specifically for thca in order to give a fair result. Meaning yes a police may pull me over and search me but if he takes me to jail I immediately have grounds to sue. This is because if you are testing correctly, you use a government approved lab, this makes your results valid within the laws and therefore can’t be edited or altered after completion. Basically law states we are free to smoke however we please as long as it was purchased through a legal avenue that offers testing to back yourself and the product. Doesn’t change the fact that a piggy having a bad day might take you in for having it, it just means you have legal grounds to fight a charge and possibly make money off it😂

My state will be fully legal this year. It was a “$25 fine if caught with more than an OZ” and still has to be at home, until later this year, well be ripping bongs outside the courthouse.

After comparing the three, medical cannabis is the best by far, then street cannabis followed by thca.

Been ordering absolute fire thca flower from Canada and the USA for the last year or so. Just a few quarters of different flavours here and there to add to my regular bud stock. Well worth the smoke if the quality's good. Lots of strains now days and pretty high levels.

Which is illegal in small amounts. However the business selling it will be held accountable. And owe the state some money.

Well it applies to all buds as all buds contain THC-A and not THC, also the reason why if you eat raw bud you won’t really be getting high, you have to decarboxylate it ( heat it past a certain temperature) so the thc-a becomes THC and then it gets you high.

We Don't get in any trouble having it on us in NC, we also have a lot of it grown here though, so it's part of the culture now.

Every order comes with a coa sticker on the bag, as well as heat sealing the bags on purchase. As long as the buds remain in its original packaging, you'll be okay (at least in florida)

It's just normal weed. The difference between "THCA hemp" and normal weed is it's just a new way of harvesting and using freeze drying techniques so that the bud registers as legal hemp when harvested under 0.3% THC. Normally when bud is harvested it's around 1%+ THC. This is because naturally cannabis converts THCA over time through light and room temperature, and heat when left outside growing because of the sun. When you go to a dispensary the percentage strength of the weed is TOTAL THC, so THCA+THC. So 28% THC weed at the dispensary still is 27% THCA + 1% THC weed. A lot of people are not explaining why there's a difference, even though there isn't! Confusing right!? Well that's why congress passed the law in the first place, they have no idea how the cannabis plant grows or and they have no idea what the chemicals in cannabis are!

actually to be safe y’all should keep a copy of the 2018 hemp act in your car or house. if a cop pulls you over show him the documents and have him test your flower (most american police stations have them these days) once you prove it’s thc-a (which is non psychoactive until you add heat) they can’t do anything bc nothing you’re holding is illegal

That is partially correct. The plant is cut 2 weeks early before its matured into thc its then frozen to preserve it. There is more to the process but thats the basic part of it. To further explain thc a is not the same thing as thc its a non psychoactive high. Yes the thc a converts to thc but its a non psychoactive high that you get from it. Essentially you are just smokin unmatured regular bud.

Only people that make concentrate really know about this. Some people think you can just eat it and get high without realising thca needs to be converted to thc through heating.

The thing is thca is just thc itn it's raw natural form, thcv is not. Thcv has no physcoactive effects unlike thca. Lmaooo delta 8 is more likely to make you feel something than thcv. Thca though directly turns into regular thc when heated thcv does not it stays an isomer aka derivative of cannabis.

Yea best loophole ever for state like Georgia in USA where I live it’s made getting rosin and good concentrates mostly good small batch flower from smaller companies now few vape pens and disposables are pure thca now but it takes a lot of time researching to find true thca distillate pens and I only know one very small batch hemp market hash maker that makes his own rosin and rosin glass disposables and glass.5 gram glass rosin carts there the best but extremely hard to come by the good vapes but rosin and good flower all over the USA now to the loophole farmbill provides riding out wile it last anyways

@@koehler45 it might be the bud they used, my plug was tellin me he passed on the THCA bud a few times because the bud they used was horrible, break open the nug and it was just mids on the inside. This ice pack my plug got uses some pretty good bud called koala kandy, good colors on the inside and frosty. Tasted pretty good too.
