Read at other places that the pit should be 8 feet deep. You say 20- 30 feet. This is good for electrical poles probably

Copper pipe earthing Vc Copper Plate Earthing? which one is more effective and why ?

Here we tend to use steel plate earthling. Why? Because more surface area. Larger conductors are less resistance and the whole point of earthling is to give an alternative path of least resistance. We also dont tend to go that deep either. We typically keep the plate so it's in organic soil. If it was deep enough that the plate would be in clay, then I could see the need for charcoal/salt/additional water. Copper is more expensive, and is mostly just used for the wire to the plate.

AC and DC earth pits should be separated, even if you are installing a light arrester, it should also have a separate earth pit.

You won’t get anything it’s just an earthing. It helps you out of the fire and short-circuit.

Additional conductivity. It isnt always necessary to go that far, but since this is being dug so deeply, you won't have much organic soils (insulators) at that depth.

Bhi isko check kya hon? agar nhi toh Usay check karo earthine ko app ak testing bulp lena 60 ward with holder kay sath or us bulp ka doo tar ak switch board ka earthine point may lagana or ak earthine tum jaha earthine banayaa us may say layna (swith say phase ek layna or dusra tumhara Maine earthine say lay na wire bich pay bulp rayhay ga or phase ka or earthine dono ka bich pay jo bulp hai oh bulp agar akdum dhiray kam power may jal raha hai toh tumhara earthine sahi hai.

First of all the neutral always should be connected with the ground (earthing) and make sure your phase is not connected with the ground (earthing) if see it’s connected with the ground then You should a electrician to remove the phase from it because the ground always suck the electrical power and low amount of current go back to electric sauce. So you can save lot of money and save your house and family.
