    Great video bro, whats your best 30m fly time? Im also at a 2.95 currently (freelap) and want to break 11 seconds, haven't competed since 2021.

    I’m not sure but I would say 60-70cm if they keep hands on hips.

    My son(16y old 191cm tall and 77kg) jumps 50 cm in counter movement jumps but runs 100 meters in only 13.85 seconds. What is he doing wrong? What exercises could he do to improve his time? Thank you in advance...

    Hard to say but technique is always the most important part. And then I would say reactivity tells something about contact times and that’s different thing than counter movement jump. Over all I would pay attention to techique and do some jumps with fast contact times.

    ​@@jonassteepYea exactly, being able to jump high isn't the same as being elastic. The RSI more measures your ability to apply that force FAST. Which is what is necessary for sprinting. Jumping high can be done slowly but a good RSI cant
