What is Hashimoto's Disease?| Symptoms of Hashimoto's | The Best way to Reverse Hashimoto's Disease

The Thyroid, a butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of the neck, produces an important hormone called Thyroid Hormone (TH). TH plays a major role in how our bodies function and when the Thyroid gland malfunctions, the gland either becomes underactive causing it to produce fewer thyroid hormones (Hypothyroidism) or it becomes overactive causing it to produce more Thyroid Hormones (Hyperthyroidism). The conventional treatment for both an underactive or an overactive thyroid is medicines that either prod the thyroid gland to produce more hormones or prevent it from producing excess hormones as the case might be.
But have you ever wondered what causes your thyroid gland to malfunction? Why do you have Hypothyroidism?
A glitch in the thyroid gland points to an autoimmune condition called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. So what is Hashimoto's Disease? What are the symptoms of Hashimoto's? Is there a cure for Hashimoto's?
If you're looking for answers to these questions, look no further than this further than this video. In this video, Dr. Anshul Gupta talks about what Hashimoto's Disease is, what symptoms to watch for, and some natural remedies that you can use to reverse the disease.

My doctor gave me a treatment very similar to this guidelines, I also read a lot and I don't eat legumes or grains in general because they upset my stomach. I also supplement with b12 for sjogren's nerve damage and I am doing GREAT. I post in any video related to autoimmune diseases that I got better in my first two weeks cutting off gluten and dairy, then I started my selenium and zinc supplementation and in a month I went to having such severe dysautonomia that I couldn't stand in the shower or walk, I couldn't ride the bus because I had no grip strength and once I almost fell. Following my rigurous diet I went fron considering uaing a wheelchair to running to take the bus. My mind is SO sharp now. My doctor also gave me a gastritis diet because I had some inflammation in my gut triggered by my meds. I stopped coffee, tea, all spices, and could only eat cooked vegetables for 3 months. That was a huge challenge, I ended up having soup chicken almost eveyday during the summer. I started in january and now in may I feel fully energized. I feel like I had a body transplant, a mind transplant. I feel so optimistic I even enrolled in a bootcamp. It is very possible to feel better, but you have to make sacrifices like not eating lasagna, pizza, cake, ice cream and a looooong etc. It is so worth it. I loved dairy so much, everything I ate had dairy and I no longer miss it. Sometimes I will crave a cheese sandwich, but is a 5 minute cheese sandwich worth the possible horrible outcome? I don't think so. I would 100% follow this video guidelines if I didn't find a doctor that could help me. This is pure gold.

What he does not mention is the need to heal / remove the root cause. Often a damaged gut microbiome or hyperpermeable gut wall. Other causes are toxins and heavy metals. Most autoimmune conditions stem from the gut. A GI Map stool analysis will show what's going on in your gut.

Thank you! I appreciate the clean natural approach to reversing Hashimotos. My numbers in the last 8 months have been going up. So far thyroid is fine so my doc is not prescribing synthroid. I ask him how can i reverse and he mentioned its incurable. I discussed about selenium (250mg per day) and he said take one pill a week. I feel like its a waiting game. Let the antibodies get so high that TSH and T3/T4 get impacted and THEN the doc prescribes Synthroid. Before that, there is no discussion on how to reduce the antibodies which is very frustrating. Your video has given me hope that food is medicine. I will get selenium in 100-200mg you stated. I get the other minerals thru my prenatal. Thank you again for the simple, to the point video

You need a video that tells you how to reverse a feedback loop of cortisol. My thyroid is low because of a feedback loop, and I can't get any doctors to help me none of them seem to understand how to reverse a feedback loop caused by cortisol steroid.

Hello Dr. I have Hashimotos. I feel terrible. I take lovothyroxine 50mg. I don't drink or smoke. I take good care of myself with diet and multi vitamins in herbal products. I've been told I have fibromyalgia in the past. I suffer from chronic pain syndrome. I am in paying management for that. I started the Bio-T pelle 3 years ago for HRT hormone treatment. Can the Bio T pellet be making my thyroid worse?

I have a question. As someone who lives in an area where cattle is raised and sold, is red meat okay for consumption? I recognize there might be other reasons besides health for not mentioning but I just want to make sure. it. My TPO is 1077 and everything looks normal so I really want to get ahead of this if I can. I have already started to cut out processed food and supplementing. I appreciate your work.

I thought people with Hashimotos & thyroid issues couldn’t eat grains and certain vegetables that can make them bloated & feel worse. I’m so confused as to what Dr. I should believe. Every Dr. I’ve seen have different diets & info.. feel like I’m just going in circles . This is very tiring for my mom & I as we both go through the exact same thing! 😒

I heard the same thing and I did a sort of elimination diet. You eat restricted foods in the beginning and that way if you integrate a food to your diet and you notice that 2 or 3 days later tou have a headache or bloating or any discomfort you can can confidently say that that food is causing it. It is a slow process, but knowing what triggers your symptoms is so worth it. Also, you can ban a food and test it again later when your body is better and that food may no longer cause symptoms. I couldn't tolerate coffee, tea garlic, onions, tomatoes and a long list and now I can have all these foods in moderate amounts. There are some foods that are a big nono that caused major issues like artichokes that I completely eliminated from my life. I never ate gluten again and dairy because those 2 are generally advised against. I feel it's way better to be "exaggerated" than dealing with the potential outcomes
