Experiential learning says is that the center of learning is your own subjective experience. Experiential puts the learning in the center of the learning process. An individuals experiences are at the center of their learning process so that individual is in control of these experiences. An individual is able to take initiative and create the kinds of experiences for ones self that are wanted, that lead to learning.
