Hi Ginny, should I tell my current manager that I am applying to promotional opportunities within the organization?

As long as they continue to put narcissists in manager roles, they will continue to create quiet quitters.

Ginny: Let’s be real, you’re building your brand here but there’s no need to dump on quiet quitting. I find Gen Z to be smarter than boomers, Gen X and millennials because they see through the empty promises of corporate organizations and the Milton Friedman model. While you’re at it, do make videos on “stock buybacks” and vanilla CEO’s who don’t have the courage to hold a long term vision and rather dance on the whims of shareholder. Remember, unchecked growth is the philosophy of a cancer cell.
