I agree 100% and am the living embodyment of what she says. I've learned much more outside of school than in school. Often I learned subjects years before and much more throughly than in my classes. We each have our own rates and ways of learning. The school system need the resources so they can adapt and adjust ot the needs of the pupils rather than forcing them into a one size fits all mold.

Truly what is said is right lady. Students are not for learning but for degree, teachers are here not for imparting knowledge but for earning. Every thing here’s minting money. It’s a big business. Here’s no master teacher who wish to impart knowledge of their generation to the next generation.

I was reading a book about succes and the author asks that what is education I thought and thought but I could not find the answer hence I watched and it has changed my perception completely

Eisenstein was always a brilliant student . His grades were very good

The aim of Education is to building character ,now what happen in education

Indeed the current system is bad. But what else is there for the masses of humanity? Great speech but no proposed solutions.

Ok, so this theory is called unschooling. It is far from a new idea. Thousands of homeschoolers do this. Here is one of the disservices these parents performed for this young woman. She is incapable of giving a presentation. Look at her. It is painful to watch her due to her pacing nervously back and forth across the stage. She wanted to go to college, good for her. But she was absolutely not ready for this Ted presentation. Most successful unschoolers trade children periodically to ensure appropriate exposure to the outside world and to help prevent the sheltering that this young woman obviously experienced. This young lady suffers from a problem most children got over by the fifth grade. Apathy is a part of the American experience. Most adults are apathetic to everything. This is not an education problem, this is an American problem. I feel sorry for this young woman that she did not figure these things out at the same young age as most other young american children. Then perhaps we would not have wasted 11 minutes and 45 seconds of our lives on her immature sudden realizations. Parents can teach children to remain interested. Parents choose not to. If you want to see change, parents can get off their collective lazy rear ends and step up to actually parent. Stop blaming the school and start having parents take some responsibility. Further, start expecting employers to want people who think rather than obedient drones. Until those two things change, please, someone give this young lady a speech class.

Um, I think movement on the stage is a valid way to keep the audience interested when talking. Have you taken a public speaking class?
