We are an endless process, no starting and no ending. If you think death an ending, let me say its for your thoughts only, thought is a survival process. The life is eternal, precisely you live through different forms, endless and ..... Now you just think, this life cycle how many forms live through you.... More certainly its all a food cycle, where we feel we got a special gadget.

Had a great pleasure in listening to JK s lectures from childhood as my father is to listen to JK. Rightly said,. ending of all attachments is the beginning of the journey.

It is very unlikely that there is going to be a continuation. The chances are very slim, almost non existent. But then i think about how i came into existence, the chances were billion times slimmer, at least in my mind, but it happened. I didn’t work for it, i didn’t try for it, just out of nowhere here i am, maybe i will be surprised one more time, maybe i am just dreaming, but the idea of me not continuing this is not only sad but also makes my existence meaningless. So just by default we have to assume that there must be something more.

But in the _perspective fact_ of (One's formless) True Nature, there is neither life or death to it; Because it has never been birthed & it never dies - eternal. Neither beginning nor ending. Formless True Nature is boundless, timeless & spaceless. It is beyond human thoughts, Cause & Effect and Space-time. Any attempt to speak about it, or put it into words, it becomes a concept or thought; Which is a futile way to it because it cannot be described, defined or realized by words, concept or thoughts. 😊🙏🙇‍♂️🌷

That's an Abrahamic culture's idea. Death is an ending, ending of the known and beginning of the unknown. Death is another name for renewal or rebirth. Can I die to all that I know this very moment? Die each moment to the past and all psychological drama. When we begin to die each moment, we begin to be reborn every moment. Continuous renewal. Namastey! 🙏🙏

I wonder what's really happening if it's instant because dying feels like fading to black, but what if a nuke explodes on your face and you are been gone and your brain doesn't have enough time to process it.

If your rebirth than the process will be the same as today. At birth baby grows to kid that kid is condition as he get older most likely he unconscious. Hence the questions is the same of today.

The difficulty is in letting go of our preconcieved CONCEPTS of death. When death comes to us there is no seperation or distinction between death and "me." Its the same with life but we dont notice it. There is only THIS - a unified whole of experiencing. We ARE death so nothing to fear. Yes, to "lose" our loved ones is painful but we really dont lose them, we only lose the concept that they are seperate beings from us.

"Our brains always function within the known". Meaning that when the "me" is not, attention exist because you are fully in the present, real love flourish, because there is no division from that which you are observing, therefore you are the universe and the universe is you... So simple yet so full of truth, in dying psychologically every moment of our lives.
