Does this explain the poles of light that come out the light.

I have trouble seeing in bright light... Is this also astigmatism?

I have astigmatism usually when I see bright lights it takes me a while to adjust to it and also if your eyes strain when you look at a pc or something after a while you might have it

Nope. You probably just have sensitive eyes. My astigmatism is so bad ai cant even read stuff in my phone when it’s on my lap.
