Howard, I had to leave a comment here because the comment section was closed for your low heart training video. That video was a phenomenal scientific explanation. Best I have yet seen. As someone who does 8 hours a week in zone 2 cycling and 3 hours in zone 2 running per week, I still have friends who are too stuck in their egos and frustrated with how well my performance is improving yet, can’t get themselves to do and believe in zone 2. I’ll be sending that and this video around.
