A Runble is a unique kind of race.
A Runble consists of a number of ROUNDS.
Each round is a rep of a hill. Up the hill and back down again.
In Each round more and more runners are randomly drawn to enter.
Once you enter you are in the race until the last round or you are eliminated.
After a certain number of rounds the elimination rule is activated.
You are eliminated if you are the last to finish the round or fail to finish the round within the allotted time.
The first to finish the last round is the winner.
